About Gleneagles PGA (Ryder Cup) Course (Non-Resident)
Designed and built by Jack Nicklaus, the PGA Centenary is the newest of the Gleneagles courses. In complete contrast to its elderly regal relatives, the PGA Centenary Course was made rather than placed, and the great rolling banks of rough and broad lush fairways are more redolent of the modern golf courses in the US than Scotland. As such, the PGA Course is unique and provides an opportunity for the visitor to refresh himself after the rigours and challenges posed by the King's and Queen's. Scots themselves love the PGA Course perhaps because it is more forgiving than most. The PGA course will be the venue for the Ryder Cup in 2014
