PGA Ocean’s 4 is a premier golf destination located in Playa Nueva Romana, Dominican Republic. Opened in 2017, this 27-hole facility is the first PGA of America-affiliated course in the country and is renowned for its diverse and scenic design. The 18-hole, par-72 Championship Course, designed by Jack Lund of Maverick Golf. Spanning 7,334 yards, it offers a unique blend of four distinct playing environments: Oceanside Holes: Four holes run directly along the Caribbean Sea,featuring coconut palms, white sand, and cliffs, reminiscent of a Scottish links course; Parkland Holes: Four holes are surrounded by lakes and waterfalls, providing a lush, wooded setting; Desert Holes: Three holes incorporate rocks and sand, evoking a desert-style landscape; and Caribbean Holes: Integrated into the native Caribbean flora, offering a tropical and coastal ambiance. The course is designed to accommodate players of all skill levels, with five sets of tees ranging from 5,132 to 7,334 yards. Notably, holes 8 and 17 feature a double green known as "Los Gemelos" (The Twins). The clubhouse spans over 45,000 square feet and includes a restaurant, bar, pro shop, locker rooms, and a social area for relaxation. Golfers can rent equipment, including TaylorMade clubs, and utilize golf carts equipped with the latest technology. The PGA Academy at Ocean’s 4 is one of the most advanced in the Dominican Republic, featuring over 80 hitting stations, 8 covered bays, a driving range, putting and chipping greens, and an indoor simulator. It offers personalized instruction for all skill levels, utilizing state-of-the-art technology such as Trackman launch monitors and video analysis tools.
