About Grand Beach Resort
Grand Beach Resort Orlando, overlooking Lake Bryan, offers classic 3-bedroom fully furnished apartments with full kitchens. All these spacious home-like apartments offer whirlpool tubs and private balconies or patios. Amenities include a spa, an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. There are also picnic/BBQ areas, a mini-golf course and volleyball and basketball courts, plus a kids' pool and play area. Lake activities include fishing and canoeing, and jet skis are available to rent. This central location is just minutes from area attractions and a short drive from the top Orlando golf courses.

Grand Beach Resort Restrictions & Fees
Daily maid service is not included, rooms are cleaned once every 7 days. Additional cleaning may be arranged for an additional fee upon check in. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2025
Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029
The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $300 per unit at check-in. This fee must be paid with a major credit card. Cash and pre-paid debit card deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Please note, the resort requires a valid government-issued photo ID at time of check-in. The ID must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Grand Beach Resort is undergoing a resort renovation and refurbishment to enhance and maintain the resort. The renovation will take place through December 31, 2024. Buildings will be blocked off and guests will not stay in buildings that are being renovated. Guests will hear increased noise levels during work hours. Work will done Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
