1/27/2012 - I expected it to be good. Those who knew the course spoke highly of it...including the folks at TeeTimesUSA. I did not expect it to be so much better than others. Different type of courses maybe...but my son and I both felt that Emerald was such an outstanding course and one that could offer so many different looks....could be played every day and always offer something different and make matches very interesting. Of the courses we played, this would be my first recommendation to others. Not sure why we initially selected it....but thanks for confirming that it was a good choice and one to play. 11/16/2009 - The most friendly staff of all. Very nice pro shop staff, starter, marshall and esspecially the gentlemen who takes care of the changing facilities at this day. He told me that he is doing this only two days a week but he was simply the nicest of all. The course is a must play too. Typical Florida golf set up but absolutely a must play! Posted by Florian.

6/5/2008 - Course was very challenging to say the least. We had single digit handicappers shooting 90's. Greens borderline unfair and silly. Conditioning was great. Directions from FTL Airport:
Go to I-95. Take I-95 south to Sterling Road (in Hollywood).
Take Sterling Road west to North 46th Ave. Turn left and
take North 46th Ave. south to North Hills Drive (1st light).
Turn left and take North Hills Drive for approx. 1/4 mile to
the golf course on your right hand side. (Approx. driving
time: 10 minutes).

and does not allow mock turtle necks. No jeans or denim, no
gym shorts, tank tops, tee shirts or jogging shorts are
permitted. Collared shirts are required and shorts must be
bermuda length. Please ensure to share this dress code with
all members in your party. Without the proper golfing attire
the course will not permit you to play.

The Club at Emerald Hills is located off I-95, exit 22 (SR
848 / Stirling Rd) in Hollywood (north of Miami and south of
Ft Lauderdale, on the west side of I-95):
From the I-95 / Stirling Rd intersection (exit 22) take
Stirling Rd west to North 46th Ave. Turn left and take 46th
Ave south to North Hills Drive and you will see the entrance
to the golf course on your right hand side.
