5/14/2012 - Spoke with several Tee time employees during the course of putting plans together and making payment. All were professional and courteous which made dealing with Tee Times an enjoyable experience. The three courses were very nice and all would play them again. 5/10/2012 - This is the second time I have used Tee Times USA. I asked for a tee time at a course that was holding a tournament and was delighted to receive a phone call to help me reschedule. 4/20/2012 - Thanks for the follow up and certainly our trip this year was a memorable one. This was our third consecutive year booking with Tee Times USA and we will keep coming back because the service we receive from your staff is nothing short of outstanding. This group has been going on golf trips for in excess of 10 years and the Tee Time USA team is head and shoulders above any others we used in the past. The proactive approach of the staff in identifying courses with some issues and making alternative arrangements, both before and during our trip, was extremely impressive. You guys really are there to help both prior to our trip and while we are on the trip. Last year one of our guys needed to leave in the middle of the week due to a work issue and despite the fact 72 hours notice is required for cancellations, he received a refund on all outstanding green fees. Amazing! Not expected but we were certainly impressed and it was much appreciated. Regardless of which member of the team we have corresponded with, they have been extremely professional, gracious and helpful. This year both Scottie Copeland and Shannon Dezza were tremendous in putting together our package and assisting with our arrangements. I highly recommend Tee Times USA to anyone I know booking a golf trip and several have now experienced the same outstanding level of service and professionalism. You indicate your goal is to make sure your service exceeds our expectations and you have now set that bar very high. You have however, very clearly earned our ongoing loyalty and our confidence in recommending Tee Times USA to others. Thanks for all you do to make our trip so enjoyable! 4/19/2012 - i would be re-miss to not add to my comments about the accomodations,and golf courses we stayed at and played while in florida last week...this was the 2nd time i have used your services for hotel and golfing excursions in florida and was over the top enthused about your services from your telephone staff to the quality of the accomodations and golf which in my case included many,many changes and adjustments...as the planner i was lauded for a job well done on both occasions and will definitly be using your services again. 4/17/2012 - My son and I had a wonderful trip to the Fort Lauderdale area 26-29 March 2012, largely as a result of the great service from your team in setting up our program. The hotel (Holiday Inn Express on W. Commercial) was superb, the courses great, and the weather gods on our side. You were all very accomodating when we had to delay our trip by seven weeks or so, and Scottie's help throughout the repeated planning was exceptional. 4/13/2012 - Guys, All the golf courses were great. Westchase was by far the nicest. Condition wise. Buckhead & Summerfield were nice also.
