Everything was arranged to our satisfaction with full communication throughout the planning phase and no major issues occurred. I was especially appreciative of Jennifer Fuller and her efforts to make sure all our needs were addressed, including one course change due to green renovation at one of our selected courses. | 5/15/2013 - Now we're back in the UK after our Florida holiday I just wanted to say thank you for the work you did for us in booking our golf. We played 5 very good courses and had a wonderful time. For all of us, although all the courses were very good, Grande Pines stood out above the others, the greens were in fantastic condition and super fast just as I like them. All the bookings you made went off without a hitch and we were struck by the friendliness everywhere we went. The welcome home card that arrived just after we got home was a very nice gesture also. | 5/9/2013 - First of all I would like to thank TeeTimes and Shannon Dezza. Our group just finished a golf outing this past weekend at PGA Village, Port St. Lucie. When I first called TeeTimes last yeart to start the process of booking a golf outing, I was fortunate to get Shannon on the phone. She truly is a professional and has been wonderful in the process of making sure our trip was a total success. I had many changes, additions and other requirements, in which Shannon handled without any problems. She was truly a blessing to me and our group. All of the guys in the group had a wonderful time and experience at the PGA Village. The rooms were outstanding. I will be booking another golf outing for next year, and I will start by calling and asking for Shannon's help again.
