Nice place that had everything we needed. It is a lively resort with lots of people out doing things. Close to amenities and numerous places to eat and drink. Was very satisfied.

Palmetto Dunes Restrictions & Fees
- A $75 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made 60 - 15 days prior to arrival. 100% of the rental amount will be forfeited for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival. Valid 6/21/2014 - 12/31/2020
- A mandatory reservation fee of $55 and damage waiver fee of $66 will be added to your reservation. Total Resort fees of $121.00
- Please note, these units are self-catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. Valid 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2020
- Daily maid service is not included but can be arranged upon check-in for an additional fee. Valid 8/13/2018 - 12/31/2020
- A mandatory car pass fee per vehicle will be collected at the time of check-in. Reservations include one car pass at a rate of $18 + tax paid directly upon check-in. To order more car passes, please call Palmetto Dunes Reservations directly, at 866-380-1778.
Ordered prior to arrival: $18 + tax per vehicle.
Ordered upon arrival: $20 + tax per vehicle.
All car pass fees will be collected on-site with Palmetto Dunes Resort. Fees are subject to change. Valid 8/13/2018 - 12/31/2020 - Upon check-in, guests will be required to leave a credit card on file for incidentals, authorized for $100. Any unused amount will be released 5-7 business days after departure.
