Marc (West Newbury, MA)
Nice course, very friendly staff. Clubhouse and facilities are a little dated. Also I found the price a little high but you do have to take the proximity to Miami into account. It is the most affordable golf course in the area, and while that may sound negative it suited my groups need in terms of location and cost perfectly.

Nice public course.
Hans (63477 Maintal - GERMANY)
Nice course. Fair price. Great bar in the clubhouse.
Andre (Varennes - QC CANADA)
This is a nice course to start a trip. It's only about15 minutes from the Miami international airport.

About Miami Shores Country Club
Experience the all new and greatly enhanced Miami Shores Country Club, thanks to a $1 million renovation completed at the end of 2011. Now one of the elite places to play in South Florida, Miami Shore's greens feature MiniVerde Bermuda, considered by many to be the best and truest warm weather putting service. Improvements also include tee and fairway renovations, restoration of bunkers, re-shaping of greens and general upgrades to playability and conditioning. The project also included renovations throughout the clubhouse, lounge, pro shop and locker rooms. This beautiful, 18-hole golf course remains home to a vast array of sub-tropical wildlife and vegetation. Located less than 15 minutes from downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Miami International Airport, Miami Shores is a 'must play' course for anyone who enjoys the game of golf. It is easily accessible from anywhere in Dade and Broward Counties. Originally built in 1936, Miami Shores was designed by famed architect Red Lawrence. The course has been host to a number of prestigious events including the Florida State Open. Such celebrities as Bob Hope, Joe DiMaggio, Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead and Lee Trevino have graced the lush fairways.
