4/2/2009 - We thoroughly enjoyed this facility. It was very clean and accomodated the four of us very comfortably. The maid service was very good and all the personnel were extremely pleasant. 2/23/2009 - The rooms and facilities were great. I was disappointed they would not accommodate our request for a late checkout in the planning stage, as we would have loved to play a 3rd round there. As it was they were only 47% full as per the front desk, and were not expecting a strong turnout the following day, so they should have granted the request - it would have put more money in their pocket. 4/3/2008 - The Omni was exceptional. At check in they provided my grandson and I with complimentary tickets for the breakfast buffet. That was great, since I was trying to feed a teenage boy. 1/17/2008 - Hotel was great except for check in service. We did arrive a little early, but they made us wait until precisely 3 P.M. even though they said they were putting a rush on readying our room. Got us off to a bum start, but everything else was great including the breakfast which were included in our package and the view. 1/10/2008 - The Omni Hotel is beautiful and the villas had everything you could want. Breakfast was delicious and huge assortment to choose from. We encountered one problem. The third night, the villa adjacent to ours, held a very loud party until 3AM. We called mgmt, but their efforts did nothing to lessen the noise. Disappointed that mgmt made no effort to compensate us, or contact us the following morning to apologize. They only apologized after we went to the front desk the following day. It put a huge mark on an otherwise great trip. I would not stay at the Omni again because of it.
