8/21/2009 - Tough course but fair. In good condition (despite recent heavy rains). The layout is excellent. Buggies with GPS are needed if you want to keep reasonably to your handicap. We played in a little over four hours which made the round even more enjoyable. Also, a nice community surrounds the course. A lot of water in play - about 14 holes -with a lot of forced carries. It was very wet on several of the fairways and the greens were sparse. It is located in a gated community but once inside you felt like you were in a totally different world. For the price it was a good value and I think everybody should tackle it at least once.
