1/28/2010 - The pro shop put me with a member who was very helpful in playing the course. Course was in okay shape, would not say excellent, probably because Florida had had some very cold weather recently. Thought the round was a good value for the fee. Would do it again. Posted by Jane (Port Orange, FL). 4/24/2008 - We played the course twice. Nice opening course for a golf trip with wide fairways. Course was in good shape. Greens roll true and quick. Layout is not spectacular but enjoyable. Range balls were supposed to be included but we had to pay for them. Staff was great and we would return to play. | 7119-73.6-132 6719-72.0-126 6310-70.6-122 5912-68.8-118 5045-68.9-111 Opened in July 1996, Hammock Creek Golf Club is Florida's first course co-designed by the father and son team of Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II. Located in Palm City, the club plays host to events on the Golden Bear Tour. It offers rolling, perfectly maintained fairways, multi-tiered greens and tees, and holes that wind through natural pine forests and wetlands. This course also features state-of-the-art ParView GPS. Hammock Creek provides a truly unique round of golf and is an excellent value in the Stuart/Port St. Lucie area. |
