Lake Orlando is a shotmaker's course, requiring precision from tee to green. There is water on every hole and tall thickets of cypress tress surround the fairways. With four sets of tees, golfers of all abilities will have an enjoyable day. |

7/2/2009 - Great course and good service. Posted by James (Salisbury, NC)
4/2/2009 - Nice course. Posted by John (Hempstead, NY)
3/19/2009 - It had an okay layout. Its style was old but it was well-groomed and enjoyable. Posted by Claude (St Andre, CANADA)
3/19/2009 - It certainly brought all the water into play but I still enjoyed my rounds. Posted by Terry
3/18/2009 - The course was decent but the starter was not very friendly. I would not recommend this course. Posted by Greg (Sterling Hts, MI)
3/10/2009 - The course was in good shape and fun to play. I would play it again. Posted by Bob (Avilla, IN)
2/14/2009 - Lake Orlando was a nice course that was all over the place. Left, right, up, down. LOTS of water hazards to make it a bit difficult to navigate, but that added to the fun of the challenge. We liked it so much that we decided to play it again on one of our "off" days. Course was in great shape for winter time and the price was great through Tee Times USA. Posted by Richard (Yapank, NY)
2/13/2009 - I had heard bad thing about the greens from other Orlando residents but they were suprisingly in good condition. It's a tight course, challenging, but fair. It was a pleasant suprise. Posted by David (Richmond Hill, Canada)
2/5/2009 - Water, water everywhere. You'll need a lot of balls to play this course. Good value and friendly staff. Would play again. Posted by Ken,
2/2/2009 - Very disappointed. Course in poor condition, would not play there again. Posted by Maggie (Cherry Hill, NJ).
4/18/2008 - Course was very pleasing to the eye. A good challenge for all golfers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely play the course again on future visits. Well woth the money. Posted by Donald (Westerly, RI).
4/14/2008 - My group very much enjoyed the two rounds of golf we played at Lake Orlando. Posted by John (Hammond, IN).
3/24/2008 - Good course in good condition. Facilities good. Posted by Del (Rochester Hills, MI).
3/6/2008 - Lake Orlando has the potential to be a very nice golf course. The present condition is beat up, needs maintenance. Fairways are more like rough, lots of patchy areas and sand traps are beat down(they need raking and new sand). There is a reason they charge so little to play there. Posted by Lawrence (Willow Springs, IL).
2/7/2008 - A beautiful course; well maintained and very challenging with water (of course) on every hole. We loved this course. Posted by CA (Hampton, Canada)
12/29/2007 - This was the worse course we played. The course was old with tight, overgrown fairways. Encountered hundreds of mosquitoes on two holes. We were scheduled to play 36 here but stopped after 18 and left. Posted by Cy (Loves Park, IL).
11/7/07 - While clearly a golf course in Florida this is not your usual Florida course. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a British Golf Club with a healthy membership who frequent the course regularly. This does not intrude upon the playing pleasure. The course is tighter than most and has a number of dog legs making it a challenge. The green fee is high compared to a number of other courses and one might feel that it represents less value. However the course is centrally placed and the presence of Alligators on the par 3 6th hole may well convince visitors that the trip was well worth it! Posted by Lee (Nottingham, England).
