2/18/2009 - Excellent track and in great condition for February in Florida. Staff and even some members were friendly and welcomed us as guests of their club. Well worth the price and drive to Lakeland. Posted by Andy (Pittsburgh, PA)

12/15/2008 - I love this course, very challenging but fair. If you play well you can score. Has five sets of tee boxes, plenty of water and sand. Great finishing hole. I have family in Lakeland and it is a MUST play every visit. Posted by Chuck.

3/4/2008 - Our group loves Eaglebrooke. Played tough in the wind. Good greens. Worth the trip to Lakeland. Posted by Don (Brighton, IL)

This eighteen hole course is very challenging. Water hazards come into play on fourteen of the eighteen holes, and several sand bunkers can be found throughout the design. The fairways feature rolling terrain, and the greens are challenging, due to the sloping and the undulations. The facility also features a complete golf training facility, including a 22,000-square foot putting green and a state-of-the-art driving range.

Eaglebrooke Golf Club, located in Lakeland (halfway between Orlando and Tampa), is considered one of the premier golf courses in Florida. Its classic links-style design with over 100-ft. of elevation change is unique in this part of the state. Natural lakes, abundant with wildlife, can come into play on 11 of the 18 holes, creating both spectacular scenery and challenging golf shots. To increase the challenge, there are six sets of tees on each hole. The "senior" tees were custom designed for the course by architect Ron Garl. Garl requested Senior Golf Magazine to survey seniors for optimal playing preferences and then included these requests in the course design. The atmosphere is first class and the course features bag pick-up at your car. Eaglebrooke was the first course in the U.S. to use Greg Norman's GN 1 grass, the fastest growing and greenest grass available.
