This course has tight and tree-lined fairways with water coming into play on every hole. There are twenty-five bunkers that come into play on most holes. The greens are multi-leveled. "Golf Digest" gave this course a four-star rating for 1996-97 places to play. The club hosted the Florida Women's State Golf Association 4-Ball Championships in 1997.

    Below please find directions from various locations to
    Eagle Harbor Golf Club, Jacksonville

    Directions from Generic Directions:
    Eagle Harbor Golf Club is located in Jacksonville on US 17, 
    south of I-295 and west of I-95.                            
                                                                
    From the I-95 / I-295 (exit 337 - I-295 entrance going      
    north!) intersection:                                       
    Take I-295 north over the Buckman Bridge to exit 10 (US 17).
    Take US 17 south to the golf course on your right (approx. 7
    miles south of the intersection of I-295 and SR 17).        
                                                                
    
    Directions from Jacksonville Airport:
    Go to I-95. Take I-95 to I-295 in Jacksonville (south       
    entrance). Take I-295 west to exit 10(Hwy 17). Take Hwy. 17 
    south for approx. 7 miles and you will see Eagle Harbor Golf
