11/16/2008 - This couse is a course that you do not get tired of playing. It is a very challenging lay out. They put in all new greens a year ago and what a big improvement. Tee staff is great there. It is almost impossible to play a course today without condo lined fairways, and this is one of the last ones not to have condos on it. This course lives up to its name. The Habitat. When you play The Habitat, the only homeowner you'll see is the wildlife. The rolling 6,836-yard Charles Ankrom design features imaginative topographical elements, mounded fairways, plenty of water, and elevation changes you rarely see in coastal Florida. As an integral element of a wildlife sanctuary, most holes are isolated from the others by natural hammocks and wetlands, offering a quiet sense of solitude just about everywhere on the course.
