The fairways were thoroughly watered and green from tee to green. The layout was challenging but not impossible to find good positions to play from. The greens were also consistent. This year we were rained out after 11 holes and were given a rain check for 9 holes with hesitation. We went back a second time to use the rain check. We did not think it was good value for money. 1/23/2009 - Have played several times and always a long delay on first tee. Three hours to play nine and over two for back nine. Food includes breakfast and lunch until 3:00. Needless to say this is a very busy course, but moved very well throughout the day. Will definitely play again. Maintenance is needed badly, probably due to the number of rounds played there. Slow play caused problems for everyone. Driving range is free, floater balls are hit into a lake. Just aerated I guess, so should have had reduced the rates because of the conditions. Would probably stay away from this one next time. Wildlife abounds on this course and make sure when you make the turn to the 10th tee box you watch your food. The birds have found that if they wait long enough you will leave your food unattended and they will walk right over and grab it. Will also play this next year. Good playing holes, but the lay-out has a par 3 after the first hole which is a par 4 and slowed play terribly. Same thing on a few other holes that made for a long afternoon. Had four groups backed up on hole 4 - had to call pro shop to get marshall and he didn't show until halfway through hole 5, and pace was not that much better after he arrived through the rest of the course. Almost 6 hours. 2/27/2008 - Excellent, perfect day. We used the "all you can play" to get in 36 wit lunch, drinks and more food at the turns. Wide open course, was the best of the three days we played. We would definitely do Remington again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bar and grill staff was great too, made for a good break at the turns. We were all very satisfied with your choices for our rounds and will use you again. Thanks. Posted by Larry. Remington is located only 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Walk-mown greens translate to the finest greens and golf course conditions in town. Truly, the course is always in great shape! Opened in May 1996, Remington boasts an 18-hole championship golf course with a complete practice area including a unique water driving range. This visually striking course offers abundant water, generous landing areas, and a contemporary design that is fair and challenging. Remington is a prime example of the artistry of course designers, Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Golf Design Group. The course was nominated as "Best New Course" by Golf Magazine, in 1996. 10/28/2008 - Check out the "All U Can" special. For an extra $9 we were able to use the driving range, play golf and eat all we could! Food includes breakfast and lunch until 3:00. 4/29/2008 - Close to the airport. The fairways need water and the sand traps were hard like mud. Maintenance is needed badly, probably due to the number of rounds played there. Only bug, is people line up at the first hole, instead of waiting to be called. 4 foursomes (not in order) waiting in line on the first hole. We highly recommend this golf and will return.

3/20/2008 - Always a delight to play this course. Well maintained and well layed out. Wildlife abounds on this course and make sure when you make the turn to the 10th tee box you watch your food. 2/27/2008 - Course was ok - pace was very slow. Had four groups backed up on hole 4 - had to call pro shop to get marshall and he didn't show until halfway through hole 5, and pace was not that much better after he arrived through the rest of the course. Almost 6 hours.
2/27/2008 - Excellent, perfect day. We used the "all you can play" to get in 36 wit lunch, drinks and more food at the turns. Wide open course, was the best of the three days we played. We would definitely do Remington again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bar and grill staff was great too, made for a good break at the turns.
