Orange County National features 36 championship holes: Panther Lake and Crooked Cat. The tournament-playing conditions on two of the best layouts in Florida clearly show why the PGA Tour has chosen this facility as host of the 2003 - 2005 - 2007 - 2010 PGA Tour Q-School Finals, has also been selected as Golf World Magazine 2010 Readers Choice Award - #1 ranked Public Golf Facility in Florida / #2 ranked facility in America, and named to America's Top Golf Courses 2003-2008 by Zagat's Survey. In addition to championship golf, Orange County National features one of the Best Practice Ranges in America according to The Golfer Magazine. Other amenities include a 9-hole executive course, a fabulous golfers lodge and the 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which features a 5,000 sq. ft. golf shop. Panther Lake Course 7350-75.6-134 6849-72.9-127 6334-70.4-124 5632-73.1-127 This masterpiece is the first course ever to feature 18 signature holes, incorporating rolling hills, including 60-ft. elevation changes, as it winds through natural oak hammocks, pine forests, scenic wetlands and glistening freshwater lakes. 10/24/2009 - Absolutely fantastic experience at Orange County. My friend and I from Scotland played Crooked Cat and found the course in excellent condition. The whole experience from arriving at the course was excellent. The pro shop was excellent and all staff that we met were very helpful. Only hoped we would have had more time to stay and play the Panther but maybe next time we are in the USA. Posted by Gary (Fraserburgh, United Kingdom)
9/25/2009 - great golf experience starting with the staff and two great courses. Staff made us feel welcome from the start. We started our day on Crooked Cat. It was hot and muggy...they had a ranger come out and bring us cold towels and the cart girls provided a cup of water and ice. Nice touch. Both courses were great and the facility paid attention to details. Probably the best golf experience of our trip and would highly recommend and a sure must play facility. I probably favor Panther Lake a bit more tha the Cat, but both were great to play! Posted by Jim (Oreland, PA)
9/17/2009 - Great course to play and very well kept. Reception everywhere was great! Posted by Steve (Whitby, Canada)
9/11/2009 - A gorgeous layout and a very scenic and challenging course. Friendly and helpful staff make this a must play for all golf enthusiasts!! Posted by Tom (Vienna, IL)
7/30/2009 - Great course. The starter was so nice and he even let me and my wife go out a little early. The staff was great and very helpful. In the 13 days we were there we played 13 times on eight different courses and this one was tied with Mystic Dunes as our favorite. Posted by Ed (Houston, TX)
6/28/2009 - Course was immaculate. Greens were the best I've seen in years. The fairways were plush; easy to hit iron shots. They looked like some "greens" we've played on. Everyone in our group definitely wants to return and play this complex again but maybe when it's a little cooler. WAS HOT. Posted by Robert (Jacksonville, FL)
6/11/2009 - Excellent course, conditions and service. Posted by Daniel (Cos Cob, CT)
5/29/2009 - Amazing!!!!!! We don't experience these kind of courses in Miami, the elevation changes are remarkable, staff and the course 5 star. You have to eat at the clubhouse, great and funny staff. Posted by Alfredo (Miami Lakes, FL)
5/14/2009 - Not women friendly. Posted by (Manchester, CT)
4/2/2009 - On our list to play each year. Enjoyed the course. We waited approximately fifteen minutes before being served in the restaraunt for lunch. It appeared they were under staffed.
Posted by Dave (Omaha, NE)
3/26/2009 - Excellent course; Nice range and club house. Very professional staff. We also played Executive course which was nice as well. Posted by Yagnesh (Piqua, OH)

2/23/2009 - Despite the cool weather, this course was outstanding. This was as first class of a venue as we've played on in 13 years of our golf outings. Course 9 in great shape, staff friendly and helpful. Posted by Nelson (Titusville, FL)
1/22/2009 - This was our favorite course of the trip. Excellent conditioning, fast undulating greens with good variety of holes. No tricks, just a good fair test of golf. Posted by Frank (Windsor, Canada).
12/24/2008 - Always play these golf courses when down there - great. Posted by Thomas (Luzerne, PA)
12/19/2008 - Outstanding facility, we had a great time! Posted by Ian (Mississauaga, Canada).
11/20/2008 - A great, fun course in great condition. We've played there on and off for several years. The staff and course condition is never less than outstanding. An added bonus is playing Panther Lake in the afternoon at the replay rate. Posted by Steve (Johnston, RI).
11/20/2008 - Day number two of our golf holiday and glad we chose Orange County National. You can truly feel like you are playing a PGA Course with this one. Just standing on the first tee block the feel is there. Course was in great shape. Very green and the greens were very quick. Highly suggest going to the putting green first to get a feel for these greens. We loved this course that we scored huge by getting back out again at 1:00 pm and played the other course at this wonderful facility, Panther Lake. Another great experience. Just finished the 18th as darkness approached. Glad we played both courses. Highly reccommend. A++++++++ Posted by Martin (Bolton, Canada).
11/15/2008 - Unbelievable experence! Manicured tees and fairways with greens like glass...absolutely superb...will be first on next year's list of courses to play! Posted by WJG .
11/14/2008 - Played last year and again this year. Great practice facility, but would not golf there next year. There are better courses for the money around! Posted by Jeff (Mississauga, Canada).
11/13/2008 - Very difficult but a windy day. Fairways, greens and sand traps beautiful. Posted by Richard (Laval, Canada).
11/3/2008 - Worth every dollar to play this course. Great set up, great facilities, you can't want for anything more from a golf club or course. I will have this on my list of courses to play when I return next year. Posted by Richard (Chatham Kent, United Kingdom).

5/26/2008 - Enjoyed this course great layout and staff so helpful. This is a must play again course! Posted by William (Glasgow, United Kingdom).
5/22/2008 - Excellent course, long round due to shotgun start before our tee time. Posted by Mark (St. Catharines, Canada).
5/19/2008 - Both courses very enjoyable, Panther Lake the better. Posted by Tom (St. Augustine, FL).
5/17/2008 - Treat yourself. Best all around facility I've been to. Great course - long and challenging. Need to be long and accurate off tees. Must play. Greens fast!!! Posted by Tim (Geoergetown, Canada).
5/12/2008 - No wonder why Q schools were held here. Course is beautiful and demanding. Love bug season may be annoying, but at least they don't bite and there are no mosquitos. Greens true and fast. Course needed more water in the hazards as many of the holes seemed dry and less picturesque as described. Starter said Panther Lake was playing better this time of year. No homes to deal with. Great practice area. Very good facing. Posted by Robert.
5/1/2008 - Always on our list ever since we played it for the first time. Nice people in the shop and a first class facility.
Posted by Gary (Campbellville, Canada).
5/1/2008 - One of the best in the area. Very challenging and entertaining, wonderful condition and a very pleasant staff. As good as it gets in central Florida. Posted by Michael (Pittsburgh, PA).
4/12/2008 - What can you say. The Q school was there last fall. This is a great golf complex with two great courses. Better bring your A game. Posted by Serge (Ottawa, Canada).
4/12/2008 - This course is challenging but fair to play. The fairways and the greens were in good shape with two and three tiered greens. We really enjoyed the course and would not miss the opportunity to play it again. Posted by Eric (Cheticamp, Canada).
4/3/2008 - This is the real deal. If a true test of golf is what you are after then look no more. Both courses are a must. If you are after a pretty resort course with flowers then this is not the place for you. Posted by Marc (Ottawa, ON CANADA).
3/27/2008 - Another group favorite. Played Crooked Cat and it was in good shape, fast greens (not as fast as Southern Dunes) good fairways. Clubhouse and Pro Shop are well run and maintained. Bottled water on the carts. Posted by NH Golfers.
3/24/2008 - Crooked Cat was a good course to play for an opening round being from the Midwest and not playing for 6 months. Posted by Rick (Fishers, IN).
3/24/2008 - We have now played the 2 courses for 3 years and they get better with age. Interesting and playable for all calibre of golfers, great pro shop, friendly staff and super restaurant. We will be back in the fall for sure! Posted by David (Kitchener, ON CANADA).
3/14/2008 - The group loved the course and requesed to be be added next year. Service was absolutly great. Posted by Larry (Charleston, WV).
3/12/2008 - Enjoyed it on the whole. Would have been even better if water had been in the hazards. Good bar/eating place and would recommend as a good option especially with the price. Posted by Graham (Idaho Falls, ID).
3/12/2008 - The course was dried out and the overall condition was sub par. The cost was the highest I paid of the 4 courses I played during my week there, and I would rate the value as much lower than the other courses. Posted by Cliff (Winnipeg, MB CANADA)
3/6/2008 - We love the courses at Orange County - great facility and staff. This year, due to the drought, we missed the usual lush greens. Posted by Stephen (Pekin, IL).
1/25/2008 - Really enjoyed the course. I had a strange twist of irony, the clubhouse did not have an orange for a Blue Moon beer. How is Florida out of oranges??? Posted by Jerry (Wallkill, NY).
1/25/2008 - Another must play. Great choice. Posted by Robert (Hancock, ME).
1/3/2008 - Excellent. Posted by Amin (Richmond Hill, Canada).
11/29/07 - Great track, and difficult as well. The longest 6200 yards we ever played. The pro told us later that 6200 yards here plays more like 6500. He also told us that even the pros that have played here rank the back nine as one of the toughest nines they play anywhere. Would play again.
11/2/07 - Has been a great location for back-to-back rounds on crooked cat/panther lakes. The guys love it. Posted by John (S.Barrinton, IL).
10/17/07 - Challenging holes on the back 9....play slowed up on 12th and 13th because of the difficulty. Loved the course as a whole. Posted by Doug (Montclair, NJ).
