3/16/2009 - A gem. Worth every of the 14,000 pennies it cost. On par with Dye's two gems at Kohler and a fairer (yet more challenging test than most of the nine Dye layouts I've played). Excellent conditions and staff befitting its private club status. Views like no others in central Florida. Golfweek magazine, one of the nation's leading golf publications, has ranked the course among the nation's top 50 Best New Courses and the top 100 Best Residential Courses. The 18-hole, par-72, private course offers elevations from 60 feet to nearly 250 feet and is situated in the rolling hills of Brooksville, Fla. Pete Dye meticulously planned each hole to challenge players at every skill level and maximize the natural elevation views to create his masterpiece. |
