3/12/2009 - Pelican Preserve was a pleasant surprise. I think it was a semi-private course. It's in great shap with a nice layout. We played in four and a half hours. Posted by Bill (Carnegie, PA)

2/13/2009 - Rated it 6 out of 10. Posted by Helmut (Milwaukee, WI)
2/13/2009 - The course was not up to par. I would not play there again. Posted by Jeffrey (Hawthorne, NY)
2/5/2009 - Very nice club house and course. Kind of snobby people. Posted by Paul.
2/5/2009 - Pelican Preserve-- just an excellent layout. We played the newer course and we're delighted with the layout, fairways and greens. The best course we played!! Hope to try it again in February. Posted by Joseph (Valley Cottage, NY)
1/19/2009 - Typical Florida housing development course. Okay, but nothing great. Posted by Karl (Marshall, MO).
1/2/2009 - This course was awesome. The staff was 1st class and we were at home here. Golf was great and again we will be back next year. Final score was 87 for 18 holes. Posted by Anthony (Jackson, WI).
11/20/2008 - Not worth the money. Course was well maintained but rather boring and lacked any character. It did not leave any impression and I could not tell you one thing about any particular hole. I would not play it again. Posted by Spanky.
6/14/2008 - Very nice course, however, assistant pro was rude. We were on our way to the cart to retrieve rake and pro made condescending remark about not raking trap. Posted by Don (Severn, MD).
4/20/2008 - We played Heron and Ibis, two of the three 9 hole layouts. Both were quite acceptable; Ibis, however, needs more time to develop vegetation to screen off surrounding landfills which are quite unsightly. Nothing to complain about with the courses, though. Posted by Jim (Columbia, MD).
4/18/2008 - Pelican Preserve course was as good if not in better condition than that described by previous golfers. Tee Time arrangements were hassle free, professionally accomplished and simple to access. Posted by Larry.
3/27/2008 - Good location to airport with some fairways needing some water. Posted by Ed (Bloomfield Hills, MI).
3/20/2008 - Great course, played 36.They have 27 holes there and they all offer a little different experience. The greens were perfect. Curt (Hubbardston Ma.).
3/13/2008 - Good course for higher handicappers. Big landing areas. Maintenance has fallen off some since we played it two years ago. Rated it a "6". Posted by Helmut (Milwaukee, WI).
3/8/2008 - This was the most enjoyable course we played. We were treated as if we were at a private club. We liked the practice area before we played and the eating facilities after we finished. Posted by Allan (Baltimore, MD).
2/28/2008 - Excellent condition, nice range, very helpful staff. Can't say enough about the course. The new clubhouse will be an asset. Posted by James (Shelby Township, MI).
1/25/2008 - 4 stars! A very good layout and in good condition. Posted by Gary (Keswick, VA).
04/06: "Absolutely one of the best courses in Ft Myers no question about it. Has everything any golfer is looking for. Some challenging holes but some fair holes you can score on as well."
