If you have not filled a shopping cart, you have two choices.

First, you can complete the forms on the next pages and submit it to Tee Times USA. You will receive by email a confirmation within 24 hours.

Second, you can always call us during business hours at 1-800-374-8633 and a friendly Tee Times USA reservationist will be happy to reserve your tee times.

Please note that Tee Times USA requires a $25.00 per person deposit upon booking. This deposit is completely refundable if your golf courses are not available. Please do not assume that your tee times are available until you have received a confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged two weeks prior to play.
