3/28/2010 - Very good design. If fairways had been overseeded it would have been one of the best all week. Still good for the price. Posted by Brad (Cincinnati, OH) 3/20/2010 - Not a memorable opening hole but from two onwards it starts to get more interesting. Straightforward course in good shape for the time of year and well worth playing. Ratings justified and value for money. Posted by Bill (Flagler Beach, FL) 2/25/2010 - Nice course. One of the toughest courses I have played. Long and a lot of sand and waste bunkers. We had 40 mile winds. Challenging. Fairways were pretty thin but at this time of year I guess to be expected. 3.5 out of 5, would play again. Posted by Brendan (Fenton, MO) 2/11/2010 - Great course, however, many of the members play from 5400 yds and we played from 6300 yds. They complained about thepace of play which we played in 4hrs and 10 minutes. Posted by Edward (Annapolis, MD) 3/20/2009 - We enjoyed this course. It was a bit on the difficult side but well maintained. This one may make the cut for next time. Posted by Dennis (Orange, MA) 3/16/2009 - Worth driving to Lakeland to play Eaglebrooke. Challenging but fun. Posted by Dave Mason 2/18/2009 - Excellent track and in great condition for February in Florida. Staff and even some members were friendly and welcomed us as guests of their club. Well worth the price and drive to Lakeland. Posted by Andy (Pittsburgh, PA) 12/15/2008 - I love this course, very challenging but fair. If you play well you can score. Has five sets of tee boxes, plenty of water and sand. Great finishing hole. I have family in Lakeland and it is a MUST play every visit. Posted by Chuck. 3/4/2008 - Our group loves Eaglebrooke. Played tough in the wind. Good greens. Worth the trip to Lakeland. Posted by Don (Brighton, IL) This eighteen hole course is very challenging. Water hazards come into play on fourteen of the eighteen holes, and several sand bunkers can be found throughout the design. The fairways feature rolling terrain, and the greens are challenging, due to the sloping and the undulations. The facility also features a complete golf training facility, including a 22,000-square foot putting green and a state-of-the-art driving range. |
