1/25/08 - My friend Dave and I were very pleased with our golf trip and accommodations on our recent trip.I found all of your personnel who helped me arrange the trip and tee times to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Dave has already indicated to me that he would like to do the trip again next year. Of course having good weather and no delay plane travel helped immensely on such a short trip. 1/25/08 - We wanted to let you know that my husband and I used your service for the first time in January and were a little nervous when we first started the process. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a call to let us know that a couple of the courses we had chosen were going to be quite far from where we had decided to stay and were able to make changes at that time. Any email that I sent was replied to promptly. Overall, we had a great trip! Our rental car experience was flawless, the accommodations were perfect and the golf was great. 1/18/08 - My wife and I visited Orlando in early January. A friend had recommended your organization so I did a little homework and gave you a try. It was no doubt the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Through a period of time I had the pleasure of speaking with several persons on your staff when there were delays in receiving golf course vouchers, etc. Every time I contacted someone they were very helpful. In addition to the excellent customer service we received, the overall service was awesome as well. Where else can someone reserve tee times well in advance at beautiful golf courses with guaranteed low prices? 1/18/08 - I just had to send a note to all of the staff at Tee Times USA to let you know, Alex, what a fabulous job you've done in arranging my golf vacation. I called on relatively short notice to make some changes in tee times because of business conflicts and the information made its way to the courses where they were very supportive of Tee Times USA. The lady with whom I spoke to make the changes was knowledgeable, professional and organized. What a delight! 1/11/08 - I just finished a conversation with Gerri of your telephone sales staff. She acted immediately to resolve any issues that I had regarding my tee times for late February.
