5/4/2012 - Best course we played on the trip by far. Very scenic and very challenging. Almost every hole was a distinct golf experience apart from other holes. Staff was excellent. 3/30/2012 - Really nice course, but CROWDED. The starter sent us off the back nine because he had too many groups and could not honor our tee time. We had to catch a flight so he accomodated us. Played the first nine in 2 hours and the second nine in 4. It was painful. 6 hour round. Conditions were pretty good. Greens were a little beat up. Very nice layout and some very tough holes. 2/2/2012 - We played three courses in the Tampa area and we both decided we would play this course again. Water did not come in to play very much on the ladies tees but it was still a great course to play and accuracy counted. This was the newest course out of the three we played so it had all of the bells and whistles you would expect, such as GPS on the cart. Posted by Veronica (Newark, DE)

4/1/2010 - Great course and staff. We originally had six golfers and two early tee times. One of our six had an emergency and could not make the trip. The staff was very accommodating and let us go off as a fivesome. Don't you know we did everything we could to get around and not hold anyone up. The staff recognized that and acknowledged to us. 2/25/2010 - Repeat player. We always play this course on departure day as it is the nicest course within 15 minutes of airport. There is a little bit of road traffic around it but gets away from it more than not. Challenging and in great shape. Great to play if you arrive early in the am or are leaving late on your last day. 12/6/2008 - Great place to play either the first or last day of your trip, as the golf course is close to the airport. A great layout, always in great condition and the staff is always accommodating. Our foursome has played the course every year that we have been in Tampa for our winter golf trip. Challenging, but fair, with the back nine tougher then the front. 2/28/2008 - Excellent layout and overall conditions. The front nine greens were somewhat bumpy but the back nine was fine. Even though it's in a residential development the course has a number of secluded holes. Lots of water, sand, and woods but playable from the correct tees. A good addition to our lineup. 2/7/2008 - This was the last course of the trip. After playing 6 rounds in 3 days I can say I really could have gone without playing on the day we went to Westchase. The course was in nice shape, bumpy greens though. If you like tight this is the course for you. There was a stretch of holes on the back nine, I believe 10-14 where our foursome lost a combined 20 golfballs. I blame it on apathy, but the course has lots of water in play. Also, the course had received lots of rain before we played and as a result many areas just outside the rough were unplayable. I do not care to ever play this course again. 2/1/2008 - This is my favorite golf course in the Tampa area. It is a very good layout. There is a nice mix of difficult and easier holes. The course is always in very nice shape. I always play this course every year. Posted by Barry.
