5/8/2012 - The day we played, this was the most challenging of the courses on our trip. It was windy, but the style of the holes made it more difficult. Many holes had long carries on your second shot. Bunkers protected many of the greens, and a coupld of par 3's pretty long with those bunkers as protection. You have several holes with houses and condos close by, but the views of the city are as good as the club website highlights. We will find another course to take its place next year. Truly a wonderful surprise of a mature course with real terrain somewhat untypical of newer style, modern Florida courses set through new housing developments. There a few houses on some holes but the course has clearly been here for a while and the whole package works beautifully. Mature trees and rolling terrain made four Canucks feel right at home. It was like playing a course in Southern Ontario. I actually shot the round of my life here (78) so I'm a little biased but this is golf as it should be in my opinion. A must play. 4/2/2009 - Pick of the week. We played 9 different courses and our group rated this course #1. Quickest greens of the week. Well stocked pro shop but pricey. Top shelf and a must play. We'll play there every year from now on.

4/2/2009 - The course was in great shape and the staff were pleasant. The word "Metro" meant playing in a "City like" surrounding. This was our third run at this course. Nice track, but we will be trying some other courses in Florida next year.

8/7/2008 - I was very impressed with the greens and the condition they were in. The only drawback about playing this course was the bunkers. I have never seen such a course with worse shape bunkers.
