Diamondback Golf Club Reviews (63)

3/30/2014 - Nice course! Wish the greens were finished growing!
- Max (Kettering, OH)

3/1/2014 - A challenging course to play, little room for error on the fairways. Greens were patchy and very sandy but in the circumstances did not spoil our round. Layout is very interesting.
- Stephen, Woodbridge UK

2/27/2014 - nice course
nice lay out
- Pierre (Gatineau, QC CANADA)

2/27/2014 - I LIKE THIS GOLF
- Denis (Saint Andre Avellin, QC CANADA)

2/27/2014 - Only bad thing I can say is it rained. However, I don't think they could stop the rain. Good course and we had a good time.
- Brad (Harvest, AL)

1/17/2014 - very nice!
- Joe (Hancock, ME)

1/8/2014 - This course is very enjoyable. Off the beaten track and quite ''folksy''. Would be much better the 2nd time when you knew where the ''jungle'' intruded and how far you need to clear it! We will be back - hope to spot a ''rattler'' next time!
- Grahame (Shillington, UK)

1/8/2014 - Good condition like the hospitality would return
- Michel (Boucherville, CANADA)

1/8/2014 - I would rate this course as average at best. I don''t believe it should be included in the list of upgrades.
- Stephen (Bristol, PA)

5/27/2013 - Very good course with some very good holes. Well worth a visit.
- Gordon (Eh143ed Edinburgh, UNITED KINGDOM)

4/27/2013 - For the average golfer you'll need to bring lots of balls. I found this course a little to tight.
- Kerry (Pierrefonds, QC CANADA)

4/19/2013 - Nice course. Better have your driver hitting straight especially on front nine. Can't beat the price for value.
- Bruce (Dieppe, NB CANADA)

4/19/2013 - A tough course with lots of target golf to keep the ball in play. Greens in great shape.
- Jim Glendye - Group Leadewr (Danville, NH)

4/10/2013 - Nice course. Good shape. Some tough holes.
- James (Grand Haven, MI)

3/29/2013 - Tough course - have extra golf balls in the bag. No GPS which make it even more difficult. Very reasonably priced. One of our golfers lost his cell phone which was turned in to the Pro Shop and was returned to us.
- Yagnesh (Piqua, OH)

3/14/2013 - Really enjoyed the course, different to many others in Orlando with tree and shrub lined holes and no houses to concern the way ward shot, course in good condition and a great layout. Would play again next year.
- James (Fk2 7gg, Falkirk, UNITED KINGDOM)

3/9/2013 - This is a very challenging course. It has very narrow fairways bordered by wildlife areas that you are not allowed to enter. The course is well maintained and the greens have a lot of breaks in them. If you hit a straight ball, this course is for you. If not, bring plenty of golf balls.
- Daniel (Fostoria, OH)

3/8/2013 - Leave your Driver in the bag if you want to have a decent round. It is a nice and very challenging course. The Staff very friendly. K.W
- Hayes (Mount Juliet, TN)

3/8/2013 - fun course to play. lots of trees and variation in the layout. If you're not hitting it straight or if you're playing from the wrong set of tees you'll need to carry a few extra balls. Friendly staff.
- (St. John'S, NL CANADA .)

2/22/2013 - A difficult course but in nice shape.
- Kim (Roenne 3700, DENMARK)

1/31/2013 - Challenging, but enjoyable. In very good shape.
- Tom F. (London, ON CANADA)

1/4/2013 - The course was in good shape. It's a very tough test, especially the front nine, but a great experience.
- David (Mississauga, ON CANADA)

12/18/2012 - Great layout nice design great food and staff went back for second round 36 holes dec 7 last day of trip and last golf of season all glad we did. Thanks.
- Jim ()

12/14/2012 - Very good coures a little tight but worth the drive.
- clarke canada (St. John'S, NL CANADA)

11/28/2012 - WE KEEP COMING BACK...LOVE DIAMONDBACK... GREAT GROUPER SANDWICHES TOO
- John (Wheaton, IL)

11/8/2012 - Everyone seemed to enjoy playing this course.
- Dick (Merrimack, NH)

10/19/2012 - Very challenging course. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.
- Barry (Marabella, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO)

9/20/2012 - Unlike most FL courses Diamond Back begins with a narrow stretch of holes that are difficult to naviagte and keep the ball in play. After that the course opens up and is very playable. Has some memorable holes and many of the guys thought it was one of the best courses we played. Worth the trip...and the price....played 36 holes that day.....enjoyed the experience.
- Jim (St. John'S, NL CANADA)

9/17/2012 - 1st 4 holes are a bit difficult to navigate ...tight..easy to lose golf balls....opens up after that and makes for a bit easier tee shot. has some very nice holes..staff was very pleasant.....played 2 rounds in the same day ..for around $27....can't beat the price, worth a return trip
- jimk (St. John'S, NL CANADA)

3/15/2012 - Tight course. Need exacting shots and good club selection. Tough and challenging, but worth it!
- DCW (St. John'S, NL CANADA)

3/9/2012 - Great course...especially for the price! Found the front nine to be very tight and challenging. Lots of older trees and other vegetation lining the fairways. Definitely need to be accurate. The back nine opened up a little but still offered a challenge.
- Adam (St. John'S, NL CANADA)

3/9/2012 - Diamond Back remains on our list each year for good reason, some challenging holes, generally good conditions and friendly people without paying too much. Another good experience.
- Bill (SN15 5LD Wiltshire, UNITED KINGDOM)

2/23/2012 - Course was in fairly good condition. Club house just ok.
- Talbot (Solon, IA)

12/2/2011 - Very pretty course, but demanding for such a short course. The holes are pretty tight, and if you miss the fairways, you usually are unplayabe. That is balance by the beauty of the course, and the wildlife experience. We saw a couple of gators, and at one hole, after putting out we headed back to our cart to see a raccoon in it snooping for some food. Lots of fun that way.
- Larry (Davenport, IA)

12/1/2011 - A tough little course . great course for the price. Tight layout. A lot of fun. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Would recommend to anyone.
- David (Hammonds Plains, NS CANADA.)

11/22/2011 - YOU GUYS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST... WE LOVE YOUR COURSE AND YOUR BLACKENED GROUPER SANDWICHES ARE TO DIE FOR....YOU ALSO ALLOWED ME TO GET A CART ( AT NO COST ) TO RIDE AROUND WITH MY GROUP OF 8 GOLFERS ... I WAS THE ONE WITH THE LARGE KNEE BRACE...
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH...WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.
- John (Wheaton, IL)

11/18/2011 - Best greens of the week. Great shape.
- Robert (Kenora, ON CANADA)

11/17/2011 - Tee times USA rates this course 4.5 stars. I would rate it a 3 star course. Tight course.
- Scott (Haverhill, MA)

11/11/2011 - Best course for the price. Very quiet area.
- Daniel (Victoriaville, QC CANADA)

10/3/2011 - Great course tight layout but would recommened this we had a FAB time here.
- Edward (ML2 0NR Wishaw, UNITED KINGDOM)

9/22/2011 - Fairways in good shape. Good course with great hospitality!
- Terry (Middletown, IN)

4/22/2011 - The course was in excellent condition, the staff was very accommodating.
- Michael (Southfield, MI)

4/22/2011 - Nice course. Challenging and fairly tight course. Golf course is in a secluded area - i.e. not many restaurants etc. I would recommend Manny's Restaurant for dinner about a 10 minute drive.
- Randy

4/16/2011 - This course is a gem. It's tight and it demands precise shotmaking to well-guarded greens. The course was in super condition the days we played. It's the type of course that 'grows on you,' and we'd certainly play it again on a return visit to central Florida.
- Dennis (Plattsburgh, NY)

4/13/2011 - Really great course. Best one we played on the trip.
- Colin (New Bern, NC)

4/13/2011 - Very challenging course, very tight. Nice not to be in the middle of housing development.
- Ron (Port Charlotte, FL)

4/7/2011 - Enjoyed the course except for the 1st hole.
- John (Newfane, NY)

4/7/2011 - Good course off the beaton path. But it was worth the drive. The course is very tight so be prepared.
- Michael (Springhill, NS CANADA)

4/1/2011 - Nice layout with lots of variety and some elevation change. It's nice to feel like you are golfing in the woods and not in a resort or residential neighborhood.
- Steven (Tonawanda, NY)

3/30/2011 - Not quite the pristine shape of other courses but, a great design and lay out. It is a country course surrounded by the wild instead of the community golf that is so prevalent... definitely play again.
- Greg (Stratharoy, ON Canada)

3/27/2011 - Demanding, tight course but a lot of fun.
- Chuck (Colonie, NY)

3/15/2011 - A great place where we have been before and always will come back to.
- Sven (Malmoe SKANE, SWEDEN)

3/14/2011 - Tough starting hole. This course is very tight. Not much room for errant shots. Greens were in great shape. Make sure if you play this course try to play with someone who has played it before. Hole numbers 17 and 18 were awsome.
- Dan & Joan

3/12/2011 - Nice course. Too difficult for our group.
- Dan (Milwaukee, WI)

3/11/2011 - Starting when you arrive one is in for an enjoyable day of golf.Beautiful tree lined course, layout is different from other Orlando area courses. Shot making is at a premium.
- Billw

3/8/2011 - nice course,a little narrow
- Dennis (New Haven, KY)

3/5/2011 - Fourth time for me on this course. It is one of my favourites. Course knowledge is helpful here as there are a lot of blind shots. It is a short course where precision is key. Greens are great and have lots of features.
- L. Hubley

3/4/2011 - Surprisingly nice course for location. It was very tight and didn't offer GPS, but we did have a seasoned veteran paired up with us with a laser to provider yardages. It was about a 35 minute drive from Orlando and about a 50 minute drive back to the airport.
- Matt ()

3/4/2011 - Not the nicest course we played on our trip, but very interesting. Requires shot selection and a straight ball flight. It got better looking the more holes we played. The back nine is very fun. Recommended
- Matt ()

2/28/2011 - Course is in pretty good shape, and would consider playing again as long as the surcharges don't go up significantly.
- Mike

1/16/2011 - This is a great golf course for people who like to test their skills on narrow fairways. I would not mind to play it again, but for the last round of the trip.
- Chao (Little Chute, WI)

1/7/2011 - All of us was supprise by that course, course in good shape we had a good time
- Luc (Drummondville, QC CANADA)

1/6/2011 - Very Nice. Staff helpful. Good value for money
- Jocelyn (UNITED KINGDOM)
