4/7/2011 - Enjoyed the course very much. Posted by James (New York, NY) 3/20/2011 - We loved this course. Wide fairways were OK for us. Water was fun to play over. We would play this again on our next trip. Posted by Frank (Bensalem, PA) 3/17/2011 - Nice course, nice staff, priced right, we all said we would play there again. Posted by Tony (Canfield, OH) 3/13/2011 - Excellent course, beautifully landscaped, terrific staff that provided water and towels on the cart. Would recommend to anyone else and will make reservations to play again. Posted by Alexander (Plantation, FL) 3/11/2011 - Decent course layout which was in good condition. Greens were the slowest of the 3 courses we played. Good value Posted by Michael 3/7/2011 - we played 5 courses on our trip and this was by far the nicest of them all , course in excellent shape and the greens were like carpet, the course was very fair to the good golfer and the average golfer.would highly recommend to play this course again Posted by Matthew (Park Ridge, IL) 1/14/2011 - We had a great time time Posted by Raymond (West Chester, PA) 5/23/2010 - Excellent golf course, I would recommend it to all golfers whether a beginner or a low handicap player. In excellent shape. The only negative is, they should supply each golfer with water as it is very hot at this time of the year. All of the courses in the Sarasota area supply free drinking water to all golfers. Posted by Eric (Sarasota, FL) 5/4/2010 - This was a very challenging course. I enjoyed it very much. I would recommend to my friends. Posted by Patrick (Pittsburgh, PA) 4/17/2010 - Nice play. Staff could be friendlier. Would probably not play a weekend round here again, but would definitely go back for a starter round on Thursday. Posted by Bob (Silver Spring, MD) 4/4/2010 - Excellent course and customer service. Posted by Ken (Callander, Canada) 3/29/2010 - Nice layout and greens. Enjoyed the course. Posted by Todd (Bear, DE) 3/29/2010 - Great course & service. A must play. Posted by Ken (Bowlingbrook, IL) 3/18/2010 - Plantation is always one of our favorites. The best of the week. Posted by Steve (Powell, OH) 3/11/2010 - Golf course was in good shape. Posted by James (Martinsville, IN) 3/8/2010 - Liked the course, will play it again next year. Posted by Gary (Grain Valley, MO) 3/4/2010 - Love this course! Very golfer friendly, fairways were perfect, greens were awesome and fast. This was a little costly but well worth the price. Great club house and the staff was very friendly. We will return here again next year. Posted by Earl (Cheboygan, MI) 1/28/2010 - Nice surprise, fun layout, good value, frienly staff. Will play again. Posted by Richard (Malden, MA) 10/5/2009 - Great layout, really enjoyed this course out of the 4 we played. Two things missing- they need a GPS and can't believe you don't have water coolers on course. Bottled water was nice but can't believe water coolers were removed because of issue with previous golfers. Great greens. Posted by David (Fayetteville, GA) 4/29/2009 - Nice people in clubhouse. Nice course with reasonably placed red tees for women. Too many unattractive houses close to the course for my taste but otherwise fine. 4/20/2009 - One of the better courses we played all week. Well maintained, nice challenging holes, greens were in great shape. Posted by James (Mequon, WI) 4/20/2009 - Super course! Posted by Rainer (Dexheim, Germany) 4/14/2009 - One of our favorites, nice layout, nice greens and the staff treats you like a welcome guest. Posted by Rick (Bradenton, FL) 4/2/2009 - Very nice course. Staff was great. Posted by Foster (Whitehall, OH) 4/2/2009 - Decent course. Friendly staff. Posted by Chris (Larchmont, NY) 3/27/2009 - This is a very nice course with friendly staff. Despite Florida's current drought, the course is well-maintained (a little brown, but in great shape). Lots of water, but not much of it came into play. A few holes where the houses seem to crowd the course. If you don't mind houses on a golf course, these won't bother you. If you don't like seeing houses, this isn't the place for you. A great place for the first round of a three/four day trip or the last place on the way to the airport. Posted by Robert (Silver Spring, MD) 3/16/2009 - Plantation Plams is more of the same flat Florida golf with a lot of water not visible until you're on top of it. A "C" from us. Posted by Lee (St. Charles, IL) 3/14/2009 - Plantation Palms is a good course with sandy greens, many of which had been aerated recently. I would play again. Posted by Gary (Morton Grove, IL) 3/6/2009 - It's a good, well-run course. Posted by Tom (Frankfort, IL) 2/23/2009 - A lot of fun; nice greens. Make sure you have enough golf balls with you! 2/14/2009 - Great golf course. The best of the three by far. Posted by JJ (Washington, IA) 2/1/2009 - It struck me as a fairly average Florida course. When we played the greens were very bumpy. Probably not coming back. Posted by Jim. 1/29/2009 - Excellent service and they were able to change to accommodate an additional golfer. Posted by William (Middletown, NY). 1/22/2009 - Great course. Posted by Henry (Middletown, NJ). 1/15/2009 - This beautiful young course will only get more beautiful with time and care. It is very playable for all players. 1/14/2009 - The course was in excellent condition, and the greens and tee boxes were well groomed. Pace of play was excellent. For the second year in a row this was our favorite course to play. 12/18/2008 - Great golf course. Replay rate of $20.00 was great. Would definitely play this course again if in the area. Posted by Dewayne (Findlay, OH). 8/31/2008 - The course was in good shape and we enjoyed ourselves very much. I would not hesitate in returning to play it again. We liked the lay out very much. Posted by Mourine (Naples, FL). 5/19/2008 - Staff extremely helpful with course and play. Course in excellent shape. Posted by Patricia (Shoreham, NY). 4/25/2008 - Would definitely play again. Great course. Posted by Mike (Lasalle, Canada). 4/24/2008 - Fun course .Posted by Terry (Oakville, ON). 4/24/2008 - Good course, staff very friendly. Posted by Max (Richland Ctr, WI). 4/24/2008 - Fantastic. Posted by Harry (Waterloo, Canada). 4/7/2008 - Nice course, nice people, course very well-maintained. Posted by Roger. 2/2/2008 - A little to0 developed with houses close to the course. However, a very enjoyable round. 2/2/2008 - Not a bad course. Not too challenging but nice area and beautiful homes around it. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Posted by Kim (Waterdown, Canada). 2/1/2008 - Awesome course. Posted by Bob (Westminster, MD). 1/25/2008 - The course and the personnel were great. Would definitely play it again. Posted by Richard (Hollis, NH). 1/25/2008 - Best course we played on the trip. Good facilities, friendly staff, nice lunch. We played thirty six holes. The greens were a little slow the first round, but despite heavy rain between rounds the greens maintained their playability. We really enjoyed the design and thought that went into the layout. Great course. Posted by George (Sun Prairie, WI). 12/21/2007 - Excellent golf course. Nicest staff of all courses we played. We will return in 08. Pro Peter Maki was terrific. Posted by William (Bill) (Saratoga Spgs, NY). 11/26/07 - Loved the course. Would definitely play it again. Posted by Michael (Noblesville, IN). |
