5/5/2010 - Busy club. Fairways could be in better shape. Birdwatching great. Posted by Gilles (Newmarket, Canada) 3/20/2010 - The group has decided not to play this course in the future. Middle of the road course but they always have a outing of some kind while we are playing. Posted by Paul (Macedonia, OH) 3/4/2010 - A couple funky holes on the Lake course, but good layouts overall. Our group thought the course could be better maintained. Service in the grille was a bit slow. Posted by Charles (Pittsburgh, PA) 2/11/2010 - Very nice course for the money. Staff was friendly and we were able to tee off early. Would play the course again. Posted by Steve (Muskogee, OK) 10/29/2009 - Friendly club and a nice track albeit the fairways were lacking in terms of condition and some of the greens were carrying patches and disease. Having said this we had a good day and felt it was reasonable value for money. Posted by Ian (Lancs, United Kingdom) 5/14/2009 - A near perfect experience for our group of 8. Breakfast, AM Forest, Lunch, PM Lakes... good shape.. green. Fair and challenging... I'd go again! Posted by David. (Morristown, NJ) 4/2/2009 - It's a nice course with a few doglegs you need to play more than once to figure out aiming points. It needs rain due to drought. The people are nice. Posted by Tim (Lexington, KY) 3/6/2009 - They always do a good job. We have been coming down for 5 years and have gone to the Eagles every year and have always been pleased. Posted by Tom (Frankfort, IL) 1/22/2009 - Not as plush as expected fairways and greens very hard. I would rate it a B- for Winter Florida golf. Posted by Dan (Bonita Spgs, FL). 5/8/2008 - Very hard course. Tight fairways, sharp dog-legs on long par 4''s leave you with 200 plus to the green. Fairways not in the best shape. Greens were very nice. A good value course if you are not looking for spectacular, scenic day. Posted by Joe (Carnegie, PA). 5/1/2008 - Loved the Lakes course. The Forest course is not good if you don't know the courses. Posted by Andrew (Reading, PA). 4/17/2008 - Course was in good shape, water everywhere. Good buy for the money. Staff was helpful and courteous. Posted by Henry (Warrington, PA). 4/14/2008 - Very nice course, one of out two favorites. Posted by John (Saddle Brook, NJ). 3/27/2008 - Course was nice and had a great time! Posted by Chris (Mayfield Heights, Ohio). 3/24/2008 - Forest course was terrific. Lakes course was awful. It appeared they were doing minimal if any maintenance to the Lakes Course. Interestingly the Forest has more water than the Lakes!!! Posted by Thomas (Sturgeon Bay, WI). 3/20/2008 - Played both courses. Storms went through the night before so it was in need of clean up. Very windy which made several of the holes almost to the point of ridiculous! One comment from our group was some of the holes were a bit weird and you did not know which way you were headed! Still overall a good course but much prefer Westchase for example. 3/13/2008 - I played three other courses in the area and this was by far my least favorite. Very tight due to homes on both sides. I personally would not go back there and my group felt the same way. We found Westchase and much prefer it! Posted by David (Erie, PA). 3/12/2008 - Nice courses and challenging. Posted by Cary (Chicago, IL). 3/12/2008 - Well managed course in very good shape. It was as expected. Posted by Dan (Eureka, MO). 3/6/2008 - Nice improvements. Great restaurant and staff. Posted by Robert (Homewood, IL). 3/2/2008 - We played 36 holes at Eagles. We played both the Lakes and Forest courses. We enjoyed the Lakes course a little better. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get us out earlier for our second 18 and we were able to beat the weather and complete the round. We were paired up with a couple of gentlemen from Indiana and we had a great time. Posted by Gary (North Chili, NY). 2/28/2008 - Played both courses, both which were challenging. The Forest course will always be remembered as one of the most beautiful courses visually I have ever played. Posted by Doug (Coloma, MI) 12/28/2007 - Golf course was nice and worth the trip. Posted by Albert (Harshaw, WI). 12/3/07 - Nice course but the fairways and tee boxes were in okay shape. I enjoyed the layout and pace of play. Posted by Chris (Louisville, KY). 11/24/07 - Course had some really interesting and tough holes, but really nice. Posted by Maurice (Commack, NY). |
