4/26/2012 - Great 18 hole course, excellent value for money with fairways and greens in excellent condition. Great start to the week, we would definitely play this course again on a future trip Posted by Leonard (Portage, MI) 4/9/2012 - good Posted by Tony (Trumbull, CT) 3/31/2012 - We all loved this course, a lovely landscape and a perfect condition of fairways and greens. Posted by Johannes (3830 Waidhofen / Thaya, AUSTRIA) 2/25/2012 - This is a very nice course. We played it twice and would return. GPS in the carts was good and the place was very well maintained. Posted by Lou (Wyoming, OH) 2/23/2012 - Course challenging and staff courteous. a little pricy, but it was a vacation and prime time in the area. Posted by Leroy (Surfside Bch, SC) 2/9/2012 - Nice greens...good pace of play Posted by James (Shelby Twp, MI) 2/9/2012 - Nice layout for a short course...lots and lots of water..can be frustrating if you do not hit straight...bonus ..some massive alligators and lots of remarkable birds. , Posted by James (Shelby Twp, MI) 12/2/2011 - A fantastic course, great condition and very friendly staff. Only let down was the club house facility as they were refurbishing . Overall a must play for any golfer. Handicap 11 Posted by Paul (Newport, NP10 9DY, UNITED KINGDOM) 11/24/2011 - Very nice course. Posted by Gilles (Kirkland, QC CANADA) 10/21/2011 - Course is good, although tough getting used to Bermuda greens. Did play 2 rounds. Posted by Ray (Burbank, IL) 4/13/2011 - This was a really nice course all four of us had a great time. Posted by Peter (Gillingham Kent Englan, UK) 4/7/2011 - Nice course. Greens were excellent. Nice wide fairways for us right off the plane. Posted by Gary 3/30/2011 - Excellent course. Well maintained with a nice club house. My wife played the best round of her life! Posted by David (Vienna, WV) 3/11/2011 - Good course and a nice location for our firstday. Close to the airport. Posted by Chris (Fort Wayne, IN) 3/11/2011 - Great location, right across the street from a shopping mall Very nice course, club house and staff. Challenging and fair. Course was in very good condition. Fast greens. A very pleasant round. Would re-play. Appropriate greens fee. Posted by Anthony 2/19/2011 - Very enjoyable and challenging course that we have played before. Staff is very professional and enjoyed the clubhouse. Posted by L.E. (Lexington, KY) 2/5/2011 - men especially liked this course. they will definitely play a repeat round. Posted by Marie (New Haven, KY) 2/3/2011 - Very enjoyable round and staff was pleasant and helpful. Pace of play was excellent. Would return to this course Posted by Elbert (Marlton, NJ) 4/15/2010 - One of my favorite courses, however, it was in bad shape. Greens had major brownout problems, not what it was a couple of years ago. "C" rating. Staff was great. Posted by David (Youngstown, OH) 4/12/2010 - The course was enjoyable. The greens were in rough shape however due to the winter conditions. We play here annually. Posted by Stephen (Walpole, MA) 4/8/2010 - Excellent for the money, especially the replay price. Posted by Michael (Canfield, OH) 3/11/2010 - Great course to start our trip. We played it from a conservative tee box and it was ono ur way from the airport to Naples. Posted by Kenneth (Lockport, IL) 3/5/2010 - Stoneybrook was a great starter course for my group of 12 that had just come from the snow covered North. It is real close to the airport, allowing a round upon arrival. We had three tee times starting at 2 PM and got one group through to finish the 18 holes. It was mostly our fault for not finishing with the other two groups (we really need to practice some before the flight, too much snow though). The greens could have been better. We would look forward to using it again. Posted by Paul (Phoenix, MD) 3/1/2010 - We played this course a couple of years ago. It's a nice course, good for all levels, but it's really gone down. The condition of the course is far from what it used to be. Posted by John (Medford, NJ) 2/25/2010 - Very nice. Posted by Martin (Jericho, NY) 2/12/2010 - Very nice golf course. People were very friendly and courteous. Posted by Joe (Pearl River, NY) 2/11/2010 - Really enjoyed this course, will request it again in our next trip. Posted by Levi (Lexington, KY) 1/30/2010 - A very enjoyable course. It was fun and challenging. Posted by Timothy (Belleville, Canada) 11/5/2009 - Beautiful golf course. Six sets of tees for players of any ability. Package offered great value for this time of year. Had wonderful day with our playing partners that my son and I were paired with. I'd rate this a "must play" while in this area. Posted by Phil (Hobart, IN) 5/15/2009 - First course played right from the airport and it was OK, nothing spectacular. Staff were courteous and the food in the clubhouse was very good and reasonable. Posted by Andy (Chatfield, MN) 5/14/2009 - Very good other than windy conditions. Posted by Brian (South Croydon, UNITED KINGDOM) 4/10/2009 - It has a good ''get off the airplane and play'' location. Fun. Posted by Anthony (Somersworth, NH) 3/12/2009 - Probably the nicest course that we played. Posted by John (Loveland, OH) 3/12/2009 - A little disappointed that the club house wasn't open. Course, however was in great shape. Speed of play was 4-1/2 hours. Greens were in good shape. We enjoyed the layout. Posted by Bill (Carnegie, PA) 2/25/2009 - Good course to start the trip. Posted by John (Baltimore, MD) 2/13/2009 - Just okay. Not a great value. Conditions were average. Posted by Joe (Fitchburg, WI) 2/5/2009 - Okay course. Close to airport for afternoon play. The lowest of the four courses we played. Plenty of water!! Posted by Joseph (Valley Cottage, NY) 1/12/2009 - Very good court, Super friendly and sympatic staff. Nice greens - well shaped. we enjoyed it ! Posted by Gundolf (El Toro, SPAIN) 6/22/2008 - A nice layout but not well conditioned. Water restrictions resulted in burnt out fairways. Of the courses our 8 players played over 4 days of golf, our least favorite. Minimal clubhouse. I'd skip this one... lots of better choices. Posted by William (Fort Scott, KS). 5/12/2008 - Great course, but dry conditions due to needed rain, but still favorite. Posted by Mark (Marshfield, MA). 5/4/2008 - Good lay-out of the course, sometimes difficult because of the water hazards. Good fairways and quick greens. Posted by Petra (Zandvoort, Netherlands). 4/14/2008 - Most enjoyable, liked the layout. Posted by William (Markham, Canada). 3/13/2008 - Always a challenge from the blue tees. Lack of water has caused course upkeep to fall off. Fairway grass was thin. Still enjoyable. Rated it a "7" this year. Posted by Helmut (Milwaukee, WI). 3/12/2008 - Stoneybrook is one of the best and challenging courses I ever played. The design is amazing and you get a lot of value for your money, including a GPS cart which helps you manage the distance on the fairways. Try this course and you will be impressed. Posted by Ingo (Geretsrred, Germany). 3/12/2008 - Enjoyed the course. It was a little dry and the afternoon round was slow. Posted by John (Dublin, OH) 3/12/2008 - We only played 9 holes. Course was ok but not great. Posted by Don (Pittsford, NY). 3/9/2008 - Starter was helpful for the first time golfing in southern Florida. Fairways a little on the dry side. Nice layout, water on course tasted over chlorinated but I would play there again. Posted by Tino (Tecumseh, Canada). 3/6/2008 - Good course for us. Ver well run by starter and marshalls who kept things moving. Posted by James (Rochester, MI). 3/6/2008 - Nice course but a little dried out from the drought. Posted by Arnold (Ft. Myers Beach, FL). 2/28/2008 - Excellent condition, staff was friendly, enjoyed the experience. Posted by James (Shelby Township, MI). |
