7/26/2012 - We stayed in the Yacht Club part of the resort. The accomodations were very nice. The biggest negative is that you are about 5 minutes by car from the resort, which is a pain if you want to spend time over at the main pools and/or ocean golf course. 3/30/2008 - Great resort but serious problems with noisy air conditioning. We had three rooms before before we found one in which we could sleep. Generally excellent service and facilities.

Directions from Generic Directions:
The hotel is located east of I-95 in Palm Coast.
From the I-95 / Palm Coast Pkwy (exit 289) intersection:Take
Palm Coast Pkwy east across toll bridge ($2 toll - eastbound
only). After the toll bridge go straight (Palm Coast Pkwy
will turn into Hammock Dunes Pkwy past the bridge). Take
Hammock Dunes Pkwy northeast until it deadends into 16th
Road. Turn right and take 16th Road east for approx. 1/2
block to the hotel on your left. The guard will direct you
to the concierge.
