6/14/2012 - Had some issues with the weather. Had to stop after 9 holes. Major thunder storm with heavy rain. From what we saw of the course we did like it. It was manicured and the greens were fast and a bit of a challenge. Beautiful course and will make an attempt to get back there to play in better conditions.

Watching some guys try to carry a fairway wood 280 yards over water to an elevated green was miserable. I did say something when we finished to an employee and he said that was normal. 4/19/2012 - Always liked this course as it is in the woods, has contour and is more visually appealing than the other Disney courses. The new adjacent hotel and housing developments under construction erode that quality as does the temporary paths and use of Eagle Pines first hole for Osprey's number 1. The fairways and greens were excellent. The rough was thin and dry. I still like the course but would have played a different course if I knew the conditions ahead of time. 4/19/2012 - Nice course very quiet,no roads around with the exception of the construction of the Four Seasons hotel near by but no workers were there on the Easter Sunday. Front nine is not to difficult but the back is something else bring your A game the overall course was good condition and well maintained. the path between the 1st and second hole and at the end is very dusty and bumpy but it is only 2 minutes. I read some bad reviews before getting there, I can tell that my wife and I were very pleased, very relaxing day at the office!!!!

3/31/2011 - The course was in acceptable condition. You know it gets a lot of play considering it's a Disney Course but overall it was in good condition. The greens were a decent pace not terribly fast or slow. We played early and sped around the course in under 3.5 hours. The starter and range guys were great. The starter even found us to get us out early in front of a group that was very slow the day before (we couldn't thank him enough). Nothing overly hard or difficult about the course in comparison to some of the other courses we played. Nice layout but nothing that would stick out in your mind as a must remember hole. The clubhouse was very clean but somewhat dated. It has that 1970's feel. The staff was very friendly (hey it's Disney they have to be) and helpful. It wasn't a must play course for me but I would play it again if I had the chance or if it was the nearest course to something I was already playing.
