1/22/2009 - Three nine hole course. It was a nice experience. Friendly staff. The starter was great on getting me out for 36 holes. The course at times, was too much like South Florida courses.....houses/ob left, water right. While I don't mind that for a few holes...the double trouble stuff got a bit old. This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. Each of these nine hole courses has water coming into play on almost every hole. All the courses are placement courses, so shot accuracy is at a premium here. The most recently built course, the Sabal Course, has young trees that still need to mature. The Royal Course is considered the most difficult course. The green fees listed are for eighteen holes.

Directions from FTL Airport:
Go to Rte 595. Take Rte 595 west to I-75. Take I-75 south to
exit 9B (Pine Blvd). Take Pine Blvd west 1/4 mile to the
traffic light. Turn left on 155th Ave. Go south and you will
see the entrance to Grand Palms Resort on your right.
Directions from Generic Directions:
The Grand Palms Resort is located between Ft. Lauderdale and
Miami, just west of I-75 in Pembroke Pines.
From the intersection of I-75 and Pines Blvd (SR 820 / exit
9B):
Take Pines Blvd west 1/4 mile to 155th Ave. Turn left and
take 155th Ave south to the entrance of the Grand Palms
Resort on your right.
