10/28/2012 - What a wonderful place! The staff treats you like kings, the golf course is out of this world, and the fairways and greens are like carpets. The clubhouse staff was wonderful. A gem of a place to play. Posted by Colin (DN E35AS Ethorpes, Lincs, UNITED KINGDO)
10/20/2012 - OCN - Crooked Cat is in very good condition. Very good course. Posted by Jan Koritov HCP 7 (Norway) (N-2019 Skedsmokorset, NORWAY)
10/19/2012 - Brilliant. We have played many, many courses. Crooked Cat is the jewel in the crown. It's not expensive compared to some but this course and it's sister Panther Lakes are absolutely outstanding. Posted by KCE (St. John'S, NL CANADA)
7/18/2012 - Awesome conditioning, just like you see the pros play on. No wonder it is used for the PQA Tour School. With the exception of a couple of blind shots awesome routing, but personally I am just NOT a fan of blind shots. Feel you should be able to see what you are shooting at unless you are where you shouldn't be in the first place. Posted by Jimmy (Bella Vista, AR)
7/4/2012 - A fantastic facility. We played both Crooked Cat and Panther Lake. Crooked Cat may well be the best course I have played in the Orlando area. Posted by Eric (East Meadow, NY)
6/19/2012 - This is hands down one of the nicest courses/facilities I've ever visited. The course was immaculate. Greens were perfect. The pro shop was huge and very nice. This is a must play if visiting the Orlando area. Posted by Ryan (Somerset, MA)

Greens were smooth and rolled true with above average speed. This course is just fantastic. If/when I visit the Orlando area again, this course will be at the top of my list!! Posted by Ryan A (Somerset, MA) (Somerset, MA)
6/6/2012 - There was a mix -up an we didn't have the right amount of tee times. To the credit of the staff there they straighten it all out Posted by John (Roswell, GA)

4/23/2012 - Excellent course with great greens 9 out of 10. Posted by Glenn (Jamestown, RI)
4/20/2012 - The Crooked Cat Course at Orange County was an outstanding addition to our trip and golf outing. The course was in terrific shape and all of our members enjoyed the course layout, the greens and indicated they would like to play this memorable course again. Posted by Curtis (N Chesterfld, VA)
4/13/2012 - This is a wonderful golf facility with 2 great courses and very nice conditioning. There are little signs that they might be struggling a bit. Things like no water in the cart, less staff available in the prop shop (longer lines) and a crusty starter on Panther Lake for our second 9. We played 36 here twice during our trip. We will go back, but I hope they address some of the issues that changed an exceptional golf experience into a good one. Posted by John (St. John'S, NL CANADA)
4/13/2012 - Second time we played 36. Great shape, great service and club house. Will play this course everytime we come. Posted by Roger (Massillon, OH)
4/9/2012 - Great course cant wait to get back. Posted by Joe (Manitowoc, WI)
4/7/2012 - Pretty good course. A bit on the pricy side, but better to pay a little more and enjoy the course. Posted by Terry (Bernville, PA)

4/1/2012 - Played both courses and would come back to play again. Staff very friendly and course very nice and challenging. Great practice facilities. Posted by Mike (Maineville, OH)
3/31/2012 - Have played there many previous times and have never seen the course in better shap from teebox to the fantastic greens. This course is very manageable for all handicaps. It's a must play for a day of serious Orlando golf. Much easier than the sister course on site. When you come to Orange County, you know that you're really on a site that is created for and by golfers. Posted by Louis (W. Orange, NJ)
3/30/2012 - We played both Crooked Cat and Panther Lake. The majority of our group thought CC was the better course. Panther Lake was a nice track too but the greens seemed awfully firm and very non receptive to any type shot and we have some low handicap players who can really spin it and even they couldn't get the ball to hold at PL where as at CC the ball would hold and rolled nicely on the greens. All in all a great facility and we'd definitely go back again! Posted by Jack (Waterville, OH)
3/30/2012 - OCN Crooked Cat and Panther Lake have been regulars on our annual Spring trip. This was our 5th year and will certainly be back next spring. Posted by Michael (Mentor, OH)

3/24/2012 - Both courses are top-notch. Both are difficult and challenging, very different layouts. Among my favorites. I think they are both 'must-plays.' Posted by Eric (New York, NY)
3/23/2012 - Nice course. Pretty good shape. Not a lot of atmosphere in the clubhouse, but overall a course we'd all play again. Posted by Cory (Naperville, IL)
3/23/2012 - Wonderful facility. Nice driving range. Free balls, water and towels a plus. Very friendly staff. Checked to see if we needed extra water and if we were having a good time. Everyone should see this facility. One of the nicest we have seen. Posted by Janet (Guys Mills, PA)
3/18/2012 - excellant shape. Posted by Ken (Methuen, MA)
3/17/2012 - Two great courses, I liked the Crooked Cat course over Panther Lakes. It was a long round, they pack foursomes in which resulted in a round, over 5 hours, waited on every tee. But both courses area must play. Posted by Barry (St. John'S, NL CANADA)
3/16/2012 - A great facility. Course was in outstanding shape. A definite repeat. Posted by Al (Sinking Spg, PA)

3/5/2012 - Played this for the first time last year and liked it enough to come back. Not as good as Panther Lake, but a really nice course. Plenty of wildlife and some very challenging holes that allow you to take chances for big payoffs or disasters!! Posted by John (Glencoe, MO)
2/23/2012 - Second year in a row that we played this course, great restaurant, good pro shop, love crooked cat course, panther lake had some tricked up holes. Definitely on our list for return. Posted by Jeff (Grafton, OH)

2/2/2012 - The best course we played. Excellent condition and a beautiful degign. Posted by Robert (Gallatin, TN)
1/29/2012 - Played both courses and this is our favorite track. Best shape of all the courses played. Greens did roll a little slower than other tracks. Best pro shop in Orlando. Got both rounds in with time to spare. Posted by Mike (Potomac, MD)
1/26/2012 - Another great course. Not as challenging as Panther Lake but an 8 out of 10 shape and layout. Orange county is a great establishment. Posted by Lane (St. Catharines, ON CANADA)

11/17/2011 - Good things happened on this day of 11/11/11. Never played CC before this day, but well worth the value of playing this course. Very different from PL, I think CC tops PL, but both exceptional courses to play when staying in the Orlando area. Posted by Patrick (Stamford, CT)
11/17/2011 - Excellent course. We had fun with a golf course european style. And finally some grass on which you can play nearly normaly. We had a lot of fun. Good food. Posted by Patrick (1213 Petit-lancy, SWITZERLAND)

10/15/2011 - Crooked cat was in great shape, greens were less speedy than sister course . One hole really tricky, except that ,perfect for two digits handicap. Posted by Daniel, St-Hyacinthe Qc (St. Hyacinthe, QC CANADA)
10/15/2011 - Crooked cat was in great shape, greens were less speedy than sister course . One hole really tricky, except that ,perfect for two digits handicap. Posted by Daniel, St-Hyacinthe Qc (St. Hyacinthe, QC CANADA)

9/29/2011 - OCN is all that and then some! Great (near perfect conditions). Cannot say enough about this place. Played 5 years in a row, never disappointed! It is all of 41/2 stars. No mango towels for second year in a row. Miss those towels..hint..hint! Posted by Brian (Greenwood, IN)
9/23/2011 - First time we have played OCN and was originally earmarked to play Panther Lake but was moved to Crooked Cat due to unforeseen course maintenence. Glad it happened though as we found course to be excellent throughout with top quality service. Would have no hesitation in recommending and look forward to returning on our next visit. Posted by Dave (CM2 6RW Essex, UNITED KINGDOM)
8/25/2011 - Great courses and conditions. Nice challenge and good customer service. Posted by Robert (New Hyde Park, NY)
8/21/2011 - The best of the five courses we played on our trip. Really good clubhouse with friendly helpful staff. We arrived in heavy rainstorm, so play was suspended for an hour. The course took the rain really well and was in perfect condition. We played Crooked Cat, which was a serious challenge but lots of fun. We will definitely return and play both courses next time. Posted by Ed, Leicester, UK (St. John'S, NL CANADA)
7/2/2011 - You can see why it's so highly regarded. Practice facilities were incredible, and front 9 holes in excellent conditions. Back 9 is much tougher, signature hole #12 is the finest hole we played. Minor shame about the re-turfing happening around the greens but OCN gave us vouchers and lunch, an excellent way to apologize. Great course Posted by A (Woking, Gu21 3bp, UNITED KINGDOM)
5/6/2011 - Great course, great shape 1 of my favorites. Posted by Dave (Dartmouth, NS)
4/16/2011 - Playing this course (Crooked Cat)culminated our eight-day golfing vacation in central Florida in superb fashion. Players are treated like royalty by an incredibly friendly staff. The practice area alone is worth a visit, and course conditions cannot be topped. As northerners, we felt spoiled by the opportunity to play one of Orange County National's two courses, and we'd return again in a heartbeat. Posted by Dennis (Plattsburgh, NY)

3/11/2011 - This course is well worth the money. It was in fantastic shape. Fairways are plush and nice to hit off of. Overseeding makes this course fantastic. Just watch out for the sand traps on #2. I think I found 3 of them(it has a well protected green). We enjoyed this course so much that we went back the next day to play the other course there (Panther Lake). Nice clubhouse with restaurant/bar. Posted by Sandy

The whole experience from arriving at the course was excellent. The pro shop was excellent and all staff that we met were very helpful. Only hoped we would have had more time to stay and play the Panther but maybe next time we are in the USA. Posted by Gary (Fraserburgh, United Kingdom)
9/25/2009 - Great golf experience starting with the staff and two great courses. Staff made us feel welcome from the start. We started our day on Crooked Cat. It was hot and muggy...they had a ranger come out and bring us cold towels and the cart girls provided a cup of water and ice. Nice touch. Both courses were great and the facility paid attention to details. Probably the best golf experience of our trip and would highly recommend and a sure must play facility. I probably favor Panther Lake a bit more tha the Cat, but both were great to play! Posted by Jim (Oreland, PA)

In the 13 days we were there we played 13 times on eight different courses and this one was tied with Mystic Dunes as our favorite. Posted by Ed (Houston, TX)
6/28/2009 - Course was immaculate. Greens were the best I've seen in years. The fairways were plush; easy to hit iron shots. They looked like some "greens" we've played on. Everyone in our group definitely wants to return and play this complex again but maybe when it's a little cooler. WAS HOT. Posted by Robert (Jacksonville, FL)

2/23/2009 - Despite the cool weather, this course was outstanding. This was as first class of a venue as we've played on in 13 years of our golf outings. Course 9 in great shape, staff friendly and helpful. Posted by Nelson (Titusville, FL)
1/22/2009 - This was our favorite course of the trip. Excellent conditioning, fast undulating greens with good variety of holes. No tricks, just a good fair test of golf. Posted by Frank (Windsor, Canada).

11/20/2008 - A great, fun course in great condition. We've played there on and off for several years. The staff and course condition is never less than outstanding. An added bonus is playing Panther Lake in the afternoon at the replay rate. Posted by Steve (Johnston, RI).
11/20/2008 - Day number two of our golf holiday and glad we chose Orange County National. You can truly feel like you are playing a PGA Course with this one. Just standing on the first tee block the feel is there. Course was in great shape. Very green and the greens were very quick. Highly suggest going to the putting green first to get a feel for these greens. We loved this course that we scored huge by getting back out again at 1:00 pm and played the other course at this wonderful facility, Panther Lake. Another great experience. Just finished the 18th as darkness approached. Glad we played both courses. Highly reccommend. A++++++++ Posted by Martin (Bolton, Canada).
11/15/2008 - Unbelievable experence! Manicured tees and fairways with greens like glass...absolutely superb...will be first on next year's list of courses to play! Posted by WJG .
11/14/2008 - Played last year and again this year. Great practice facility, but would not golf there next year. There are better courses for the money around! Posted by Jeff (Mississauga, Canada).
11/13/2008 - Very difficult but a windy day. Fairways, greens and sand traps beautiful. Posted by Richard (Laval, Canada).
11/3/2008 - Worth every dollar to play this course. Great set up, great facilities, you can't want for anything more from a golf club or course. I will have this on my list of courses to play when I return next year. Posted by Richard (Chatham Kent, United Kingdom).
10/30/2008 - Played five courses over the weekend and this was my favorite. Great condition and very accommodating staff. Posted by Mike (Northborough, MA).
10/28/2008 - We played both Crooked Cat and Panther Lake, and enjoyed both courses. Wonderful condition, very nice, helpful staff. Will definitely return. Posted by Josslyn (Lancaster, PA).
10/24/2008 - Outstanding golf course in superb condition. Keep your drive straight and you have a chance to make a score. Staff was very friendly. Service was best I have seen in a long time.
Posted by Damian (Lurgan, Northrn Ireland).

5/19/2008 - Both courses very enjoyable, Panther Lake the better. Posted by Tom (St. Augustine, FL).
5/17/2008 - Treat yourself. Best all around facility I've been to. Great course - long and challenging. Need to be long and accurate off tees. Must play. Greens fast!!! Posted by Tim (Geoergetown, Canada).
5/1/2008 - Always on our list ever since we played it for the first time. Nice people in the shop and a first class facility.
Posted by Gary (Campbellville, Canada).
5/1/2008 - One of the best in the area. Very challenging and entertaining, wonderful condition and a very pleasant staff. As good as it gets in central Florida. Posted by Michael (Pittsburgh, PA).
4/12/2008 - What can you say. The Q school was there last fall. This is a great golf complex with two great courses. Better bring your A game. Posted by Serge (Ottawa, Canada).
4/12/2008 - This course is challenging but fair to play. The fairways and the greens were in good shape with two and three tiered greens. We really enjoyed the course and would not miss the opportunity to play it again. Posted by Eric (Cheticamp, Canada).
4/3/2008 - This is the real deal. If a true test of golf is what you are after then look no more. Both courses are a must. If you are after a pretty resort course with flowers then this is not the place for you. Posted by Marc (Ottawa, ON CANADA).
3/24/2008 - Crooked Cat was a good course to play for an opening round being from the Midwest and not playing for 6 months. Posted by Rick (Fishers, IN).
3/24/2008 - We have now played the 2 courses for 3 years and they get better with age. Interesting and playable for all calibre of golfers, great pro shop, friendly staff and super restaurant. We will be back in the fall for sure! Posted by David (Kitchener, ON CANADA).

3/6/2008 - We love the courses at Orange County - great facility and staff. This year, due to the drought, we missed the usual lush greens. Posted by Stephen (Pekin, IL).
1/25/2008 - Really enjoyed the course. I had a strange twist of irony, the clubhouse did not have an orange for a Blue Moon beer. How is Florida out of oranges??? Posted by Jerry (Wallkill, NY).
1/25/2008 - Another must play. Great choice. Posted by Robert (Hancock, ME).
1/3/2008 - Excellent. Posted by Amin (Richmond Hill, Canada).
11/29/07 - Great track, and difficult as well. The longest 6200 yards we ever played. The pro told us later that 6200 yards here plays more like 6500. He also told us that even the pros that have played here rank the back nine as one of the toughest nines they play anywhere. Would play again.
11/2/07 - Has been a great location for back-to-back rounds on crooked cat/panther lakes. The guys love it. Posted by John (S.Barrinton, IL).
10/17/07 - Challenging holes on the back 9....play slowed up on 12th and 13th because of the difficulty. Loved the course as a whole. Posted by Doug (Montclair, NJ).
