Gulfcoast Homes, Inc. is located in Sarasota, west of I-75.

From the I-75 / Fruitville Rd (exit 210) intersection in
Sarasota:Take Fruitville Rd west to US 301 (approximately 5
miles from the I-75 / Fruitville Rd intersection). Turn left
and take US 301 south to Main Street. Turn right and take
Main Street west to Links Avenue. Turn left onto Links
Avenue and proceed for about 100 yards. Turn left into the
parking garage opposite the bank and park in a visitors
slot. Retrace your steps through the small park to the 1900
office building on Main Street (entrance facing the blue
fountain) and the Gulfcoast Homes Office is on the first
floor - Suite 200. The total distance from I-75 is 5.5
miles. Please use the elevator for access to the building.

To pick up the condominium keys, detailed directions and to
check in, please go to Gulfcoast Homes, Inc. OFFICE HOURS: 9
AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please check applicable
hours on all Holidays.

***PLEASE NOTE, you will be required to leave a credit card
imprint (which will be approved for a $200 charge) upon
check-in.***

CHECK IN TIME: 4 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10 AM

LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
Should you arrive after office hours, your keys will be
located in the LOCK BOX located opposite the elevator door
at the Gulfcoast Homes office. Please press code 1-2-7-4-A
in sequence and turn dial to open the door. Once open,
please extract envelope with your party's name/reference on
the front. Please close the lock box again and rotate the
dial to reset the lock. This envelope will contain further
directions and keys to your vacation home. Should you lose
your way or experience any problems with your after hour
check-in, please call Gulfcoast Homes Inc. emergency #:
1-941-320-1564.

Should you experience any problems during business hours,
please call Gulfcoast Homes, Inc. at 941-366-8954.

**Please note, all guest arriving after hours MUST formally
check in at the office the following business day. Along
with your late arrival documents you will receive a form to
complete and return to the office at this point.

Please return all keys to the office or replace in the lock
box upon departure.
