4/23/2008 - I have no idea why this course is so expensive, it has nothing to offer. The range tees are nothing but divots, the clubhouse is a trailer and the course is the same typical Florida layout you find anywhere in the state. They have no food to speak of and when I realized I had forgotten my hat and tried to purchase one, they only had caps - nothing with a brim. Save your money. Directions from Generic Directions:
The golf course is located on the west side in Ft. Myers,
off Summerlin Rd.
From the I-75 / Daniels Pkwy (exit 131) intersection:
Take Daniels Pkwy west for approx. 5.5 miles to Summerlin
Rd. Turn left and take Summerlin Rd south for approx. 8.5
miles until you see the light for Shell Point Blvd on your
right. Turn right onto Shell Point Blvd and follow the signs
to the golf course.
Directions from Naples I-75:
Take I-75 to exit 131 (Daniels Pkwy).Take Daniels Pkwy west
for approx. 5.5 miles to Summerlin Rd. Turn left and take
Summerlin Rd south for approx. 8.5 miles until you see the
light for Shell Point Blvd on your right. Turn right onto
