7/30/2009 - Well, first I think you all are the most professional at what you do, but also the most helpful. All of our golf tee times and course selections were outstanding. We had no problem with our vouchers and in fact we changed a couple once we got there through you all and you had them waiting at the course. The staff (especially Renee) were great and there were no hidden anythings. Could we of got a better price once we got there? Maybe, but it wouldn't of been the time we wanted and in Florida the afternoons mean you won't get your round in. I guess the only complaint that we would have "is you only do this in Florida". We sure miss having this service when we travel to other states. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is "Thanks" for making our two weeks a lasting memory as far as the courses we played. Would we use you again? Not just again, but every time we go to Florida which is about three times a year. One less thing that we have to worry about and believe me that is "priceless". Thanks. 5/29/2009 - I have used other sites to set up vacation golf in the past and I was satisfied but from now on there is nothing like Tee Times USA. You guys have so many options on golf courses, I really did not know which one to play. The service you guys have is incredible, my representative was Robyn and she was amazing answering every question I asked and helping me pick great courses. So I thank her for that. 5/24/2009 - We were very satisfied with everything as it was set up by you. One thing that was particularly helpful to us was -- we inadvertently forgot to bring along the vouchers for the hotel, and the two golf courses. When we discovered this, we called, and almost immediately, someone in your office emailed them to Lake Buena Vista hotel, and we were back in business. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her twice during the last several months and she has been the model of efficiency. As the consumer, the agent is the company…and I truly believe that Tee Times USA is fortunate to have found such a competent and professional employee to represent its services directly to the customer. 4/26/2009 - Over the last 11 years Tee Times has put together a golf package for me and my group and I would like to take this opportunity to thank by name those folks who helped me throughout the entire reservation and booking process. Joe, Jennifer, Jerry, Scottie, Tammie and Renee. I don’t know any last times, but I am sure if you check the records you will know who I am referring to. These individuals did a great service for TEE TIMES, their understanding and actions clearly show they understand “CUSTOMER SERVICE” and appreciate even having the likes of me as a customer, and for again making my golf vacation a wonderful experience. For the most part I start the process in mid November with a call to TEE TIMES asking for a tentative proposal for X amount of golfers for a given period, and from that proposal things begin. The above folks have always been extremely professional from the first conversation. Tee Times over the years has come to understand my expectations and have met those in a very very positive manner, finding us the best possible accommodations and great golf courses to play. This year was extremely trying. Initially, the group was going to be eight golfers, some playing six rounds, some playing four rounds, some playing three rounds. The house had to accommodate all eight with individual beds, there had to be a heated pool and on and on an on. Again Tee Times handled this without so much as a raised eyebrow. But things started going South. The group of eight was quickly carved to six, with a range of golf requirements, later it was downsized to five, and with it a zillion more changes (it needs to be understood that each time a change occurred I required new pricing), finally the group was reduced to three golfers, and they all didn’t play everyday. Again with each change Tee Times was extremely professional in how they dealt with the change, how fast they responded, and how they made not a single issue with all the hoops I had them jumping through. I know from time to time when I would call, one of your vacation coordinators would go “oh GOD that PIA Bill is on the phone AGAIN,” they had to be thinking it because they are human. But I never felt it, I never had a clue they might or more importantly recognized me for the PIA I truly was being. Again they rapidly and professionally responded to each change. The trip was finalized and we went and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were outstanding and the golf courses Tee Times suggested where wonderful. During the course of the golf vacation we had to again make several changes, and Tee Times was instrumental in resolving an issue we had with the pool heat. This took several calls on the part of “Joe” at Tee Times and he took the necessary action to ensure we had a great time. You the Management of TEE TIMES USA have a great group of individuals that are extremely effective, and work very well as a Team. It is quite clear the customer comes first, and no matter the level of PIA a customer is, your group treats them with respect and courtesy, taking particular care in their individual needs. 4/20/2009 - We have been traveling with Tee Times for years (almost 10 I think) and have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service and the effort put forth by the staff. This year we were overcharged by Dollar and after returning informed Jennifer from Tee Times. Throughout my conversations with her she was pleasant, professional and best of all extremely efficient. Jennifer successfully negotiated the refund of over $70 to our account. When I have been required to rely on your staff to represent our interests and address our complaints/issues, Tee Times has never let us down. Last week when I called in, Jennifer was not available but after providing my name the staff member was able to immediately inform me that the log reflected that Jennifer had been hard at work. It reflected numerous messages and contacts with Dollar on our behalf. For this and the many other times that Tee Times has helped my group out (rain checks, last minute cancellations, courses, etc.) please accept my sincere gratitude and a special thank you to Jennifer. I want to especially thank Jennifer Fuller, with whom I spoke on several occasions (plus several e-mails), for making this happen on what I consider very short notice. 4/2/2009 - This was our first time using Tee Times USA. Overall it worked out great. We never received our vouchers in the mail. I called the night before our trip and they were faxed to me first thing the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use your service again next year.
