11/12/2011 - THE COCOA BEACH GOLF COURSE WAS GREAT, WE ENJOYED IT. Posted by Pauline (Port St Lucie, FL)
3/26/2010 - We've been staying here for seven years on our annual trip. It has always been fine. Great location, reasonable rates, beach access, and good pool. Although, this past year we realized we've kind of outgrown it. The rooms are small, sports teams and large groups often stay here, a little noisy. We're getting old! I would still recommend it for the value and location. Posted by David (Hyde Park, NY)
9/24/2009 - We were a group of 14. We had a great time and the staff was wonderful. We plan to visit the hotel again in the near future. Posted by Terry (Okeechobee, FL)
3/29/2009 - Great location but a little bit worn. Room was clean but hallways and elevator areas were rather dark and unkept looking. The old design with the room windows facing the outside walkway means that you pretty much have to keep your curtains closed all the time. This essentially means that your room is dark and dreary whenever you are in it instead of seeing the sunshine, sky, beach, pool, etc. Posted by Suzie (Dublin, OH)
12/11/2008 - We were placed in an older unit with a room with two double beds and no view. There were better, newer rooms available on the ground level with a king size bed, which would have been more appropriate. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms. Posted by Mel (Crawfordville, FL).
3/12/2008 - Very convenient location: you can tour the area without spending too much time in driving. Room is okay, but breakfast was too expensive. Posted by Christine (Paris, France).
3/6/2008 - The rooms are standard rooms and there is some age to the structure, but the rooms and property were very clean. The beach was very easy to get to and the little bar was nice also. I would stay again, as the price is reasonable and the place is clean. Posted by Rita (Pender, NE).
3/6/2008 - Room was adequate, but not exceptional. The employees in the restaurant were fantastic. We had breakfast there each day, and the food was very good. Liked the Tiki Bar. Posted by Jim (Benton Harbour, MI).
2/28/2008 - Nice accommodations. Great beach. Posted by Tom (Stratford, CT).
2/11/2008 - The hotel was fine. Everybody was more than happy to help. We will be going back next year. Posted by Bob (Lansdale, PA)
2/3/2008 - This was a nice hotel but a little old. The cleaning staff was very thorough and the front desk staff was very helpful. The ocean was behind the hotel and only steps away. Posted by Frank (Malta, NY).
2/1/2008 - A nice place to stay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Posted by Francis (Brunswick, OH).
1/25/2008 - Great hotel. The people there were very accommodating. All of the courses were also verry good. We will be back. Posted by Tommy (Bowie, MD).
11/19/07-11/23/07 - Everything was wonderful. People at check in desk very very nice. Posted by Judy (Huntsville, AL).
