4/29/2009 - We're three Canadian golfers who come to Florida to
golf one week every year, in April, 2009. We played these
Bradenton area courses: River Club - a disappointment, not as
good as the last time we played there. Stoneybrook - great course
for our average skill level. Legacy - terrific course and
experience. Waterlefe - great course - maybe a bit too difficult
for our average ability level. River Strand- great course and

4/3/2009 - Great Track! Beautiful course! Played first day of trip but could have used a couple of practice rounds first. Tough but fair and in nice shape. Well worth the play! Posted by Clay


4/2/2009 - For a new course it was in great condition. The beautiful club house just opened in March. Food, beer and wine were available but they had not received their full liquor license. I didn't care for blocking the parking lot so that you couldn't drive to and put your clubs in your after completing your round. Posted by Carl (Westford, MA)

2/10/2009 - Course was fun to play. One nine was very short and the course was not well marked with hole layouts on the tees. Many fairway traps and water that you may not see from the tee. The course was in good condition and the personnel were very friendly. Being a new course I am sure tee layout markers will be forthcoming. Probably will return. Posted by Tom (Fuquay Varina, NC)

12/1/2008 - The setting is beautiful. It's a new course and basically in the wilderness because the houses are not yet built all around it. Probably the most enjoyable course played that weekend. Although there is water on most (all?) holes, there are many sets of tees and you can bite off as much as you want to chew. Posted by WK.

4/12/2008 - A good new track, but tough to play the first time. Need more info on tees about carries, traps, etc., and more sand in traps. A good challenge and will be top-notch when clubhouse is finished. Posted by Stan (Sussex, WI).

3/21/2008 - Played it for the first time. I thought the design of the course was tricked up/ Mickey Mouse. Instead of playing this go play Stoneybrook next door which has a fair challenging layout and great greens. Posted by ML.

3/6/2008 - A new golf course. Fairways were quite firm so that we played preferred lies. Not especially long but with fairways slopping towards water and environmentally friendly areas, a very difficult course. Greens were in good shape. Posted by Mike (Dartmouth, Canada).
